Ալիևը, կաշառքները և հայկական դիվանագիտությունը

Նոր սկանդալ է ծագել հարևան երկրի նախագահի և նրա ընտանիքի շուրջ։ Բրիտանական The Guardian պարբերականի բացահայտած բանկային հաշվետվություններով պարզվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից կատարված բազմաթիվ վճարումները ԵԽԽՎ մի քանի նախկին անդամներին՝ գերմանացի քաղաքական գործիչ, Բունդեսթագի նախկին պատգամավոր եւ ԵԽԽՎ Մոնիթորինգային հանձնաժողովի նախկին նախագահ Էդուարդ Լինթներին, Եվրոպայի խորհրդում Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցության խմբակցության նախկին ղեկավար Լուկա Վոլոնտեին: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2012-ից 2014 թվականը Լինթների հաշվին բրիտանական կեղծ ընկերությունների միջոցով փոխանցվել է 891 հազար եվրո, նա Ադրբեջանի նախագահական ընտրությունների ժամանակ ղեկավարել է Գերմանիայի դիտորդական հանձնաժողովը: 2012-ից 2014 թվականը Վոլոնտեն նույն ընկերությունների միջոցով ստացել է ավելի քան 2 մլն եվրո:
Եվրոպացիները սկսել են լրջորեն զբաղվել ադրբեջանական խնդրով։ Սա ունի իր մի քանի բացատրությունները։ Նախ և առաջ, Ալիևի վարած ոչ հստակ և երկդիմի քաղաքականությունը հոգնեցրել է նրանց։ Մյուս կողից, ակնկալիքներն Ադրբեջանից պարբերաբար նվազում են, չենք բացառում նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Եվրոպան, իրոք, որոշել է առաջին պլան մղել այն արժեքները, որոնց մասին այսքան ժամանակ խոսում էին։
Այստեղ կա իրերի ևս մեկ կողմ, որի մասին աշխատում են չխոսել։ Նախկին չինովնիկների ստացած գումարների բացահայտումով եվրոպացիները լուծում են ներքին՝ մերկացումների խնդիրները։
Նրանք փաստացի փոխանցում են կատարում հայկական կողմից։ Եթե Պորտուգալիան հանդես գա ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության նկատմամբ պատժիչ միջոցներ կիրառելու նախաձեռնությամբ, դա այդքան էլ չի հասկացվի։ Հայաստանի պարագայում կհասկացվի, քանի որ ուզենք, թե չէ չուզենք, մենք հակառակորդ երկրներ ենք։ Մեկ անգամ չէ, որ այդ նույն Ադրբեջանը փորձել է վնասել հայկական պատվիրակությունների գործունեությանը ԵԽԽՎ-ում։
Սակայն, ինչպես միշտ, մենք սպասում ենք ինչ-որ բանի։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ հյուսիսի արձագանքին։ Շատ հաճախ վարժ խոսք ասող և ԱԺ ամբիոնից հոխորտացող Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն ինչ-որ կցկտուր մտքեր է արտահայտում այն մասին, որ մեզանից շատ բան կախված չէ։ Հարգելի տիկին Արփինե, գիտենք, որ միայն հայկական պատվիրակության քվեարկությամբ բան դուրս չի գա։ Բայց եվրոպացիները հստակ առաջարկություն են անում՝ հարցը մտցրեք օրակարգ, մնացածի հետ դուք գործ չունենք։
Այդքան բարդ է՞ հասկանալ այդ փոքրիկ մանրուքը։ Թերևս բարդ չէ, բայց ենթադրում ենք, որ համատեղությամբ բոլորի հայրիկ համարվող Պուտինը այս մասին դեռ բան չի ասել։
