Վերամշակող 12 ընկերություն ներկայացրել է մթերման 1,3 մլրդ դրամի վարկերի հայտ

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունում այսօր քննարկվել են Գյուղատնտեսական հումքի մթերումների նպատակով ագրովերամշակման ոլորտին տրամադրվող վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների մասնակի սուբսիդավորման պիլոտային ծրագրից օգտվելու համար մի շարք ընկերությունների կողմից ներկայացված հայտերը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, քննարկումը վարում էր ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը: Ներկա էին նաև «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Հրաչ Դարբինյանը, այլ պատասխանատուներ:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում ագրովերամշակման ոլորտին տրամադրվում են 3 % տոկոսադրույքով, 150.0 մլն դրամի չափով, 1 տարի մարման ժամկետով սուբսիդավորվող վարկեր, որոնք նպատակաուղղվելու են բացառապես մթերվող խաղողի և պտուղ-բանջարեղենի արժեքի վճարմանը:
Քննարկված թվով 9 հայտերից մեծ մասում առկա էին որոշ տեխնիկական խնդիրներ, ընկերություններին ժամկետ է տրվել համապատասխան փոփոխություններ կատարելու համար:
Ռոբերտ Մակարյանի գնահատմամբ՝ ծրագրի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունը մեծ է:
«Այս պահի դրությամբ արդեն 12 ընկերության կողմից 1,3 մլրդ դրամի հայտ է ներկայացվել, և վերամշակողները շարունակում են ակտիվորեն դիմել: Անցյալ շաբաթ երեք ծրագիր հաստատվել է, և առաջիկա օրերին վարկերը կտրվեն: Ծրագրի առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ գումարը տրվում է ոչ թե վերամշակողին, այլ մթերումից հետո անմիջապես փոխանցվում է գյուղացիական տնտեսության հաշվին»,-նշել է Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը:
«Եվրոթերմ» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Վահե Ղազարյանը նշում է, որ սա լավ սկիզբ է, լավ նախադեպ մթերողների, ֆերմերների և գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար, և վստահաբար նպաստելու է և՛ գների կայունացմանը, և՛ մթերման ավելի ճիշտ ծրագրերի կառուցմանը, և՛ ավելի կայուն գյուղատնտեսության վարմանը:
Ծրագրից օգտվելու համար ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարություն է դիմել նաև Իջևանի գինու-կոնյակի գործարանը: Այստեղ սեպտեմբերի 5-ին մեկնակել է խաղողի մթերման գործընթացը: Տնօրեն Ատոմ Եգորյանը նշում է, որ արդեն մթերել են 90 տոննա կարմիր խաղող, ընդհանուր առմամբ նախատեսում են մթերել նվազագույնը 2500 տոննա կարմիր և սպիտակ խաղող, գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների հետ աշխատում են պայմանագրային հիմունքներով: Նրա խոսքով՝ նման ցածր տոկոսադրույքով դրամային վարկերը իրենց կօգնեն, որպեսզի մթերումները լավ կազմակերպվեն, և պարտքեր չկուտակվեն:
Ծրագիրն ավելի ընդլայնված ծավալներով կշարունակվի նաև հաջորդ տարիներին: 2018 թվականից յուրաքանչյուր վարկառուին տրամադրվող վարկի առավելագույն չափը 150.0 մլն դրամից կբարձրացվի մինչև 1.0 մլրդ դրամ:
