Սերգեյ Մինասյանը՝ ռուսական երկակի ստանդարտների և իր նշանակման ձգձգման հետ կապված խոսակցությունների մասին

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը քննադատել է Ուկրաինային պաշտպանական զենք տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ–ի որոշումը՝ նշելով, որ դա չի նպաստում խաղաղությանը: Հայաստացի բազմաթիվ վերլուծաբանների խոսքով՝ սա երկակի ստանդարտների կիրառում է, քանի որ նույն ՌԴ–ն զենք է մատակարարում ԼՂ հակամարտության կողմերին: Քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց. «Քանի որ ես շատ եմ զբաղվում տարբեր հակամարտություններով և ռազմական հարցերով, ցավոք սրտի, պետք է ասեմ, որ այս ամենը պատահական երկակի, եռակի, քառակի ստանդարտ չէ:Պետք չէ զարմանալ, որ ղեկավարները տարբեր իրավիճակներում իրարամերժ քայլեր են անում»:
Խոսելով ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր Ասամբլեայի շրջանակներում սպասվող Նալբանդյան-Մամեդյարով հանդիպման մասին՝ մեր զրուցակիցն ընդգծեց՝ խնդիիրն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը որևէ կերպ չի ընդունում շփման գծում վստահության մեխանիզմների հետ կապված առաջարկները և չի կատարում դրանք: Ուստի, Մինասյանի խոսքով, նորություն և տեղաշարժ դժվար է սպասել:
Պարոն Մինասյանի հետ խոսեցինք նաև իր՝ Վրաստանում ՀՀ-ում արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան նշանակվելու ձգձգման հարցի շուրջ: «Ժամանակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Վրաստանի իշխանությունները համառորեն հրաժարվում են Սերգեյ Մինասյանի՝ Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանի նշանակման ագրեմանը տալ՝ ըստ էության հայտարարելով, որ նա իրենց համար անցանկալի անձ է: Թեմային անդրադառնալով՝ նա ասաց. «Տիգրան Բալայանը տվել է պաշտոնական պարզաբանում: Ավելացնելու ոչինչ չունեմ»: Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը, մեկնաբանելով այս հարցը, tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում որպես բամասանք է որակել այդ հրապարակումը և շեշտել՝ դեսպանների նշանակումն ու հետկանչը կարգավորում է Սահմանադրությամբ և օրենքներով:
