ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Պորտուգալիայի խորհրդարանի հրավերով Լիսաբոնում մասնակցել է ԵԽԽՎ նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակերպված կոնֆերանսին, որտեղ հանդես է եկել ելույթով՝ Սփյուռքի հետ կապված քաղաքականության շրջանակում խորհրդարանական փոխգործակցության մեխանիզմների վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Անդրադառնալով Սփյուռքի հետ կապված պետական քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններին՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը ներկայացրել է ոլորտում առկա հիմնական գործընթացները, կատարված աշխատանքը, համագործակցության հիմնական մեխանիզմները, կարեւորել Հայրենիք-Սփյուռք արդյունավետ փոխգործակցային հասարակության ձեւավորման եւ զարգացման դերն ու նշանակությունը, այս համատեքստում Սփյուռքի հետ կայուն եւ արդյունավետ գործակցային հարթակների ստեղծումը:
Արմեն Աշոտյանն ընդգծել է Սփյուռքի հետ գործակցության ոլորտում ինքնակազմակերպման ռեալ եւ գործուն մեխանիզմների ներդրման եւ իրականացման կարեւորությունը, Սփյուռքի հետ տարվող աշխատանքներում գլոբալ հարթակի ստեղծման դերը՝ նորարարական կրթական ցանցերի, տնտեսական շուկաների, սոցիալական եւ քաղաքական նախապայմանների առկայությամբ պայմանավորված, ինչպես նաեւ նշված ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության արդյունավետության բարձրացման համար արդյունավետ մեխանիզմների ներդրման նշանակությունը: Այս համատեքստում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաեւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Սփյուռքի միջեւ առկա փորձին ու իրականացված ծրագրերին:
Արմեն Աշոտյանը Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերությունների կառուցման գործում, գլոբալ տրանսֆորմացիոն գործընթացների համատեքստում կարեւորել է նաեւ ցանցային համագործակցության ձեւավորումը՝ ներառյալ խորհրդարանական համագործակցության արդյունավետ հարթակի ստեղծումը:
Իր ելույթում Արմեն Աշոտյանը նաեւ կոչով դիմել է ԵԽԽՎ պատգամավորներին իրենց պետություններում, ինչպես նաեւ ԵԽԽՎ մակարդակում հետամուտ լինելու ադրբեջանական կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի շուրջ լիարժեք հետաքննության անցկացմանը՝ այդ կառույցի ժողովրդավարական համբավն ու հեղինակությունը վերականգնելու համար:
