Ռուսական խանդն ու հայ-չինական «սիրավեպը»
ANALYSIS
Վիգեն Սարգսյանի այցը Չինաստան և Չինաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին ռազմական օգնություն հատկացնելու փաստը, ինչպես նաև Չինաստանից զինամթերք գնելու մասին պայմանավորվածությունները խանդի նոպա են առաջացրել Ռուսաստանում: Ընդհանրապես Ռուսաստանը խանդում է Հայաստանի ցանկացած քայլի: Բայց մի բան է խանդը հայտարարված հակառակորդ Արևմուտքի նկատմամբ, մեկ այլ բան ՝ Իրանի ու Չինաստանի, որոնց հետ Ռուսաստանը ևս փորձում է հարաբերություններ բարելավել:
Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք սև-սպիտակ հակադրությունից դուրս, Արևելք ձգվող հեռանկարներում Հայաստանի հայտնվելը Ռուսաստանն ընդունում է սվիններով, բայց չի կարողանում մեղադրել Չինաստանին կամ Իրանին «մայդան» նախապատրաստելու մեջ, որովհետև այդ երկրները ավելի կոնսերվատիվ են քան Ռուսաստանը և իրենք են մայդանների դեմ պայքարում: Բացի այդ, եթե Արևմուտքի դեմ Ռուսաստանի մռնչոցը հաճախ ձևական բնույթ է կրում, Իրանի դեպքում այն երկարատև քաղաքական գիծ ու կենսաձև էր:
Ռուսական ՌԻԱ Նովոստին « Չինաստան ՝ զենքի համար. Հայաստանին քիչ են ռուսական Սմերչերն ու Իսկանդերները» հոդվածում ակնհայտ խանդ է դրսևորում հայ-չինական հարաբերությունների նկատմամբ: Կայքը ՝ հղում անելով պրոիշխանական վերլուծաբանների, հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները ներկայացնում է որպես Ռուսաստանի դեմ շանտաժ: Մյուս կողմից էլ փորձում է Չինաստանի վերաբերմունքը Հայաստանի հանդեպ համարել անլուրջ, հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանը բավարար տնտեսական հեռանկարներ չունի Չինաստանի համար:
Վերջին միտքն իհարկե ճիշտ է, սակայն մասամբ: Չինաստանի հետաքրքրվածությունը Հայաստանով տնտեսական չէ, քաղաքական է: Պատահական չէր նաև ոչ հեռու անցյալում չինական դեսպանատան հիմնարքեքի արարողությունը. դեսպանատունը խոստանում է լինել Եվրասիական տարածաշրջանում երկրորդն իր մեծությամբ:
Հայաստանի հարաբերություններին այլ սուբյեկտների հետ Ռուսաստանը վերաբերում է նույն խանդով: Բայց ավանդական հակառակորդ Արևմուտքի դեպքում ռուսական կողմը ատամներ է ցույց տալիս ու կոնկրետ գործողություններ անում: Արևելքի հետ հեռանկարներում Ռուսաստանը չունի այդքան գործիքակազմ նույն կերպ արձագանքելու, որովհետև ինքն էլ է Արևմուտքի հետ իր հակադրություններում օգտագործում առավել պահպանողական համակարգերի ՝ Չինաստանի և Իրանի հետ իր մտերմությունը:
