Լոռիում 4 հոգի առևանգել են անչափահասի. նրանց մեկը փորձել է սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ աղջկա հետ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են անչափահաս աղջկան առևանգելու և վերջինիս նկատմամբ սեռական ոտնձգության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 անձի:
2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 7-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, առևանգվել է Լոռու մարզի անչափահաս բնակչուհի՝ ծնված 1999թ։ Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ աղջկան առևանգել են Լոռու մարզի 4 բնակիչ. նրան նախ տեղափոխել են քաղաք Գյումրի, ապա՝ Երևան, այնուհետև՝ Էջմիածին, որտեղ գտնվող հյուրանոցային համալիրներից մեկում երիտասարդներից մեկը փորձել է սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ աղջկա հետ, սակայն վերջինս դիմադրել է։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի և 34-138-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում: Անչափահաս աղջիկը ճանաչվել է տուժող։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Լոռու մարզի երկու բնակչի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի, մեկին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի և 34-138-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով: Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ: Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանությանը միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ անչափահասի առևանգմանը մասնակցություն ունեցած 4-րդ անձին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
