ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 11 ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Հայաստանը և Իրանը դյուրացնում են փոխադարձ առևտուրը և մաքսային հսկողությունը: ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը քննարկեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև Մեղրի-Նորդուզ սահմանային դարպասի համատեղ օգտագործման մասին համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը: ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը հիշեցրեց, որ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 21-ին է ստորագրվել, որի հիմնական նպատակը երկու երկրների միջև փոխադարձ առևտրի դյուրացումն է և մաքսային հսկողության պարզեցումը:

«Համատեղ դարպասի մեկնարկը և շահագործումը նշանակում է կրկնակի հսկողության և կրկնակի ընթացակարգերի վերացում: Համաձայնագրի երկրորդ հոդվածը շատ հստակ նախատեսում է, թե որոնք են այն գործողությունները, որոնցով պարզեցվում է ապրանքների տրանսպորտային միջոցներով տեղաշարժը, ինչպես նաև ուղևորափոխադրումները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Միրումյանը:

ՊԵԿ փոխնախագահը պարզաբանեց, որ ելքի երկրում հայտարարագրված մաքսային հայտարարագրի տվյալները հիմք են հանդիսանում մուտքի երկրում ապրանքների և տրանսպորտային միջոցների հայտարարագրման համար: «Այստեղ մենք խուսափում ենք մաքսային արժեքի որոշման ընթացակարգերից, համապատասխան հսկողությունը վերապահվում է հայտարարագրի առումով մուտքի երկրին, իսկ դա իրականացվելու է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով: Մաքսային հսկողությունը ևս իրականացնում է մուտքի երկիրը: Համաձայնագրով նաև հնարավորություն կա, որ ելքի երկիրը իրականացնի մաքսային հսկողություն, սակայն միայն այն դեպքերում, երբ կա օպերատիվ տեղեկատվություն մաքսային զննում իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ»,- մանրամասնեց Վախթանգ Միրումյանը:
