ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը Պեկինում մասնակցում է դատախազների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի համաժողովին

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 11 ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանն աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետութուն՝ մասնակցելու Պեկինում սեպտեմբերի 11-ից 15-ն ընթացող Դատախազների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի 22-րդ տարեկան համաժողովին և գլխավոր ժողովին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
«Դատախազության դերը հանրային շահերի պաշտպանության ոլորտում. փոփոխվող հասարակություններում մարտահրավերների և հնարավորությունների առջև» խորագիրը կրող համաժողովը նվիրված է առանցքային երեք գլոբալ հիմնահարցերի՝ թվային դարաշրջանում հանցագործությունների քրեական հետապնդման արդյունավետության բարձրացման կառուցակարգերին, աշխարհում նկատելի քաղաքային բնակչության աճի տենդենցների պայմաններում քրեական հետապնդման առջև ծառացող մարտահրավերներին, ինչպես նաև միջազգային դատական համագործակցության նոր եղանակներին:
Մոտ 90 երկրների դատախազությունների, միջազգային ու ազգային համապատասխան կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներն այս հիմնահարցերի շրջանակներում քննարկում են այնպիսի արդիական խնդիրներ, ինչպիսիք են միջազգային ցանցի մաս կազմող երկրների դատախազական համակարգերի միջև փորձի փոխանակման և գործակցության ժամանակակից մեթոդների կիրառումը, փոխադարձ իրավական օգնության գործիքների հասանելիությունն ու դրա հետ կապված կարիքները, էլեկտրոնային հանցագործությունների, ահաբեկչության, մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի դեմ պայքարում դատախազների միջազգային ցանցի դերակատարման մեծացումը: Հատուկ ուշադրության առարկա են ապացույցների պահպանման, շրջակա միջավայրի անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման, կոռուպցիայի հակազդման ոլորտներում միջազգային համագործակցությունը և փորձի փոխանակման հիմնահարցերը:
Նախատեսված են նաև բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպումներ այլ երկրների դատախազությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը Դատախազների Միջազգային Ասոցիացիայի (ԴՄԱ) անդամ է 1999թ.-ից: ԴՄԱ-ն տեղեկատվական և մեթոդական աջակցության կարևորագույն աղբյուր է, որի նպատակը մարդու իրավունքների ապահովման, օրենքի գերակայության, քրեական հետապնդման համընդհանուր չափանիշների կիրառման, քրեական գործերի արդար, անկողմնակալ և արդյունավետ քննության ապահովմանը նպաստելն է: Ներկայումս ԴՄԱ-ին անդամակցում է 171 երկրի դատախազանական կառույց և կազմակերպություն:
