Հունվար-օգոստոս ամիսներին Երևանի քաղաքապետարան է ստացվել շուրջ 104 հազար դիմում և գրություն

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապտ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Մակարյանը զեկուցել է, որ 2017թ. հունվարի 1-ից օգոստոսի 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմը քաղաքացիներից և պետական գերատեսչություններից ստացել է 103 հազար 990 դիմում և գրություն, որից 63952-ը՝ քաղաքացիներից ստացված դիմումներն են: Աշխատակազմի քարտուղարի փոխանցմամբ այս տարվա հունվարի 1-ից մինչև օգոստոսի 31-ը մուտքագրվել է նաև «Անձամբ» նշագրված կամ առձեռն Երևանի քաղաքապետին փոխանցված 1376 նամակ:
Միևնույն ժամանակ նշվել է, որ ներկայացված դիմումներից դրական լուծում է ստացել 81 տոկոսը, 9 տոկոսը դեռևս քննարկման փուլում է, իսկ մերժված 10 տոկոս դիմումների մասով էլ զեկուցվել է, որ դրանք եղել են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի լիազորություններից դուրս և ուղղորդվել կամ վերահասցեագրվել են իրավասու համապատասխան կառույցներին:
Զեկուցվել է նաև, որ հանրագումարի բերելով նույն ժամանակահատվածում քաղաքացիների կողմից ներկայացված դիմումները, առձեռն փոխանցված նամակները, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի «Թեժ գիծ» ծառայության միջոցով ստացված հեռախոսազանգերը, ինչպես նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում և վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերում կազմակերպված 6370 քաղաքացիների ընդունելությունների ժամանակ բարձրացված հարցերը, ընդհանուր առմամբ տրվել է 83221 հանձնարարական: Նշվել է, որ ստացված դիմում-գրությունների մասով տրված հանձնարարականների կատարման համար սահմանված ժամկետների խախտում չի արձանագրվել:
