«Հայանտառը» կոչ է անում գյուղացիներին չայրել  հացահատիկային կուլտուրաների բերքահավաքից հետո ավելացած խոտը, քանի որ այրումը վնասում է թե՛ հողային միկրոֆլորան, թե՛ շրջակա միջավայրը: Հոկտեմբերի 23-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման հայտարարություն արեց «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի գլխավոր անտառապետ Ռուբեն Պետրոսյանը:«Աշնան այս շրջանում գյուղացիներնայրում են ավելացած խոտը` հաշվիչառնելով, որ դա սխալ մոտեցում է:Խոտերն են այրում, որպեսզի հողըմաքրվի հետո վարեն ու այրմանարդյունքում  վերանում է  հումուսը,միկրոֆլորան է վնասվում, բույսերիարմատային համակարգին են վնասհասցնում: Շատ կարևոր է, որբնակչության հետ աշխատանք տարվի: Մենք հայտարարություններ ենք տարածում, խոզանների այրմանժամանկաահատվածում հերթապահություններ ենք անում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց անտառապետը:

Եղանակային խոնավ պայմանների շնորհիվ, Պետոսյանի գնահատմամբ, անցած տարիների համեմատ, այրման դեպքերի քանակը քիչ է: 1998 թվականից ՊՈԱԿ-ի վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայն, «Հայանտառ»-ի հսկողության տակ գտնվող անտառներում գրանցվել է 2900 հեկտար անտառային տարածքների հրդեհ: Վերջին տարիներին հրդեհների քանակը մի քիչ նվազել է: Վերջին խոշոր հրդեհը գրանցվել է 2010 թվականին, այրվել է 810 հեկտար տարածք, իսկ այս տարի այրվել է մոտավորապես 67 հեկտար անտառային տարածք:

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ Հովհաննես Խանգելդյան էլ նշեց, որ այս տարին աննախադեպ էր իր ցուցանիշներով: «Մենք այս տարի միայն խոտածածակ տարածքներում ունեցանք 4134 հրդեհ, ինչը 2,5 անգամ ավելի էր նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշից: Ընդհանուր հրդեհների թվաքանակի մեջ սա բավականին մեծ տոկոս է կազմել այս տարի, դա մատնանշում է նաև, որ մարդկային գործոնն է այստեղ եղել: Ունեցել ենք հրդեհներ խոտածածկ տարածքներում: Անտառների բռնկման 10 դեպք է գրանցվել: Թեև շատ մեծ չեն եղել մակերևույթները, բայց դեպքերի քանակը նվազում է, նախորդ տարի մեր նախարարությունում ունեցել ենք 17 դեպք» ,- նշեց Խանգելդյանը:  

Անդրադառնալով նաև օրենսդրական փոփոխություններին` ՊՈԱԿ ներկայացուցիչը նշեց, որ գործում են վարչական տույժեր, որոնց մասին հնարավոր է, որ գյուղացիներից քչերը գիտեն, բայց որ այրել չի կարելի արդեն շատերին է հայտնի: «Համայնքների ղեկավարների վրա դրված է պարտականություն, որ հետևեն, բնակչությանը, որպեսզի չայրեն խոտհարքները: Մարդը պետք է իմանա, որ այրման արդյունքում բնությանը վնաս հասցնելու համար համապատասխան վարչական պատիժ կա: Ավելացած խոտը չայրելու համար նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ կան, վարում են առանց խոտը մաքրելու, այն մտնում է հողի տակ և հետագայ ում դառնում հումուս, հողն ավելի է հարստացնում: Շիրակի մազրի որոշ տեղերում արդեն կիրառում են այդ տեխնոլոգիան և բնակիչներն են գոհ և բերքատվությունն է ավելացել»,- նշեց նա` հավելելով, որ եթե նույնիսկ առանց տեխնոլոգիան կիրառելու ուղղակի հողը վարեն ավելացած խոտի  հետ միասին ավելի օգտակար կլինի, քան այրելը:
