Փրկարարները ուսումնավարժանք անցկացրեցին Երևանի կենտրոնում

ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայությունը «Երևան Պլազա» բիզնես կենտրոնում անցկացրեց «Երկրաշարժի դեպքում այցելուների և աշխատակիցների պաշտպանության կազմակերպումը» թեմայով հատուկ տակտիկական ուսումնավարժությունը:
«ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻ նախարարության փրկարարծառայության Երևանի փրկարարականվարչության և «Երևան Պլազա» բիզնեÕ ½կենտրոնի հետ համատեղ մենքկազմակերպեցինք այսուսումնավարժությունը, որի կազմակերպումը և անցկացումըգնահատում եմ բավարար:Ուսումնավարժության ընթացքում ի հայտեկած թերությունների շտկմանուղղությամբ տրվել են համապատասխանկարգադրություններ: Երևանի ք աղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի որոշմամբ տարվա ընթացքում մենք անցկացնում ենք նմանատիպ մի քանիմիջոցառումներ, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպում ենք քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության թեմայովդասախոսություններ Երևանի տարբեր վայրերում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեցՏարածքային կառավ արման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենիտեղակալ, Երևան քաղաքի փրկարար ծառ այության պետ Մուշեղ Ղազարյանը:
Ուսումնավարժության պայմանական սցենարի համաձայն` Երևան քաղաքում տեղի էր ունեցել 3,5 մագնիտուդով և 5 բալ ուժգնությամբ երկրաշարժ, որի հետևանքով ավերվել էր բիզնես կենտրոնի շենքի աստիճանավանդակը, առկա էին «պայմանական» տուժածներ: Բիզնես կենտրոնի հինգերորդ հարկի աշխատասենյակներից մեկում առաջացել էր հրդեհ, առկա էր կրակի տարածման վտանգ, իսկ երկու քաղաքացի արգելափակվել էր ծխապատ տարածքում:
Ուսումնավարժությանը մասնակցում էին հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի երկու մարտական հաշվարկ, ոստիկանության երկու կարգախումբ, «Շտապ բուժօգնություն» ՓԲԸ երկու բրիգադ, «Երևան Պլազա» բիզնես կենտրոնի հասարակական կարգի պահպանության, փրկարարական, հակահրդեհային, հետախուզական, առաջին բուժօգնության կազմավորումները և տարհանման խմբերը:
