Կձերբակալվի՞ արդյոք Միխաիլ Սաակաշվիլին Կիևի ճանապարհին

Կրկին միջազգային իրարանցում է առաջացրել Վրաստանի նախկին առաջնորդ Միխաիլ Սաակաշվիլին: Վերջինս զրկված լինելով Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիությունից, փորձել է Լեհաստանի ճանապարհով մուտք գործել Ուկրաինա: Սկզբում փորձ է կատարել գնացքով անցնել սահմանը, բայց այն չի շարժվել մինչև Սաակաշվիլին չի լքել վագոնը: Հաջորդ փորձը, որն ավարտվել է հաջողությամբ, ավտոբուսային ուղևորությունն էր: Իր համախոհների հետ նա բառացիորեն ճեղքել է սահմանապահների պատնեշը և հատել սահմանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Միխաիլ Սաակաշվիլին դեռ 2015 թվականին ստացել է Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիություն (ինչի արդյունքում կորցրել է Վրաստանի քաղաքացիությունը) և մինչև 2016թ. նոյեմբեր զբաղեցրել է Օդեսային նահանգապետի պաշտոնը: Այնուհետև հրաժարական է տվել և տեղափոխվել ԱՄՆ: Ուկրաինային նախագահ Պորոշենկոյի հրամանով Միխաիլ Սաակաշվիլին զրկվել է նաև Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիությունից:
Վրացի քաղաքական գործիչը շատ համախոհներ ունի և արդարության ու մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի համբավ է ձեռք բերել: Սակայն նրա նկատմամբ գործ է հարուցված նաև հայրենիքում, որտեղ նախկին նախագահը մեղադրվում է հայտնի վրացի մեծահարուստ Պատարկացիշվիլիի ունեցվածքի ապօրինի յուրացման, պատգամավորներից մեկի վրա հարձակում կազմակերպելու, մի բանկիրի սպանության հետաքննությանը խոչընդոտելու, ինչպես նաև պետական ունեցվածքը յուրացնելու մեջ:
Եվ ահա, վրացական կողմը դիմել է Ուկրաինայի իշխանություններին` Միխաիլ Սաակաշվիլին հանձնելու խնդրանքով: Վերջինս նույն իշխանություններից պահանջում է ապահովել իր` որպես փախստականի անվտանգությունը:
Այսպիսի պայմաններում շատ դժվար է կանխորոշել դեպքերի հետագա ընթացքը: Միխաիլ Սաակաշվիլին քաղաքական այնպիսի գործիչիցներից է, որոնց քայլերը անկախատեսելի են և կախված են միայն սեփական հախուռն որոշումներից:
Վիվառոն հետևում է դեպքերի զարգացմանը և սահմանել է հատուկ գործակիցներ այնպիսի իրադարձությունների վրա, որոնք կատարվելու են ամենամոտ ապագայում: Օրինակ, արդյո՞ք Միխաիլ Սաակաշվիլին ինքնուրույն կհասնի Կիև մինչև սեպտեմբերի 19-ը (5 գործակից), կամ կձերբակալվի՞ մինչև նույն ամսվա 25-ը (1,25 գործակից): Նրա` ընդդիմության միասնական ղեկավար դառնալու, նոր մայդան կազմակերպելու և այլ խաղադրույքների մասին կարող եք ծանոթանալ այստեղ:
