ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը Պեկինում հանդիպել է ՉԺՀ գլխավոր դատախազին

Չինաստանի ժողովրդական հանրապետություն կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում այսօր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հանդիպել է ՉԺՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Ցաո Ցյանմինին:
Հանդիպումն անցել է անկեղծ երկխոսության, ջերմ, անմիջական մթնոլորտում: Կողմերը բարձր են գնահատել Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև բոլոր ոլորտներում հաստատված և դինամիկ զարգացող հարաբերությունները և վերահաստատել են ցանկությունը՝ ընդլայնելու և խորացնելու երկու երկրների դատախազությունների միջև ծավալվող արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, որը սկզբնավորվել է 1999թ. Պեկինում ստորագրված համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրով: Երկու երկրների գլխավոր դատախազները կարևորել են 2015թ. ՀՀ նախագահի՝ ՉԺՀ կատարած պետական այցի ընթացքում ստորագրված՝ «ՀՀ-ի և ՉԺՀ-ի միջև՝ քրեական գործերով փոխադարձ իրավական օգնության մասին» պայմանագիրը, որը նախադրյալներ է ստեղծում նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցությունը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ՉԺՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Ցաո Ցյանմինը արժևորել է Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազության հետ հաստատված սերտ գործընկերային կապերը, ինչպես նաև կարևորել բարձր մակարդակով Հայաստանի ակտիվ մասնակցությունը Պեկինում ընթացող Դատախազների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի 22-րդ ամենամյա համաժողովին, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության նախաձեռնողական ներգրավվածությունը միջազգային համագործակցության տարբեր ձևաչափերում: Պարոն Ցյանմինը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի դատախազությունների միջև հաստատված իրավապայմանագրային բազան հնարավարություն է տալիս բարձրացնելու իրավական օգնության փոխադարձ հարցումների արդյունավետությունը:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՉԺՀ գլխավոր դատախազին ցուցաբերած ջերմ ընդունելության համար: Նա նշել է, որ հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում և իրավական փոխօգնության հարցում երկու երկրների դատախազությունների միջև փոխգործակցությունը զարգացնելու դեռևս չիրացված լուրջ ներուժ կա, և Հայաստանը մեծ հույսեր է կապում 2015թ. ստորագրված համաձայնագրի լիարժեք գործողության մեջ դրվելու հեռանկարի հետ:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը ՉԺՀ իր գործընկերոջը 2018թ. հրավիրել է Հայաստան՝ մասնակցելու հաջորդ տարի կայանալիք ՀՀ դատախազության կազմավորման 100-ամյակին նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառումներին: Արթուր Դավթյանը նշել է, որ այդ այցը կխթանի հետագա համագործակցությունը և դրա շրջանակներում համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը:Պարոն Ցյանմինը սիրով ընդունել է հրավերը:
