Արցախում դատապարտված ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտներ Դիլհամ Ասկերովին և Շահբազ Գուլիևին  ազատելու մասին Վարշավայում մեկնարկած ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդաժողովում ներկայացված ադրբեջանական պահանջները ադրբեջանական հերթական սադրանքն են, հերթական տեղեկատվական ահաբեկչությունը: Այս մասին նշել է Արցախի Հանրապետությաննախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար ԴավիթԲաբայանը։

 «Անհնար է ազատ արձակելդատապարտվածների, ովքեր մարդ ենսպանել, ապօրինի կերպով սահման հատել, իրականացրել ահաբեկչականգործողություններ: Ինչպե՞ս կարելի էխոսել նման խնդրի մասին. դա նույնըկլինի, ինչպես, օրինակ, իսլամականգրոհայինների պարագլուխներիազատման մասին հարց բարձրացնելը: Եվցավալի է, երբ չի արգելվում կարևոր ատյաններում նման հարցերի  քննարկումը, քանի որ դրանք առաջին հերթինազդում են հենց այդ ատյանների հեղինակության վրա»,- մանրամասնել է Դավիթ Բաբայանը և հավելել, որ Արցախի համար ադրբեջանցի ահաբեկիչների թեման վաղուց արդեն փակված է:

Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարի խոսքով՝ ադրբեջանցի 2 ահաբեկիչների դատավարությունը տեղի է ունեցել Արցախի Հանրապետությունում՝ բաց և թափանցիկ, միջազգային դիտորդների, իրավապաշտպանների, լրատվամիջոցների մասնակցությամբ. դատարանում ապացուցվել է նրանց մեղսունակությունը:

«Չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը նրանց արդարացնելու համար դիմի նաև այլ քայլերի. դա ևս ալիևյան ռեժիմիկողմից սեփական ժողովրդի ուշադրությունը բուն խնդիրներից շեղելու մի ձև է: Մենք պատրաստ ենք հակահարվածտալու նրանց կողմից կազմակերպվող նմանատիպ սադրանքների: Իսկ եվրոպական կառույցները նման խնդրինպետք է շատ լուրջ մոտենան»,- ասել  է  Դավիթ Բաբայանը:

Սեպտեմբերի 11-ին Վարշավայում ԵԱՀԿ Ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների և մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակի կողմիցկազմակերպված «Մարդկային չափորոշիչների վերաբերյալ ստանձնած և իրականացված պարտականությունները» թեմայովխորհրդաժողովին ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության գլխավոր խնդիրը «գերության» մեջ գտնվող Դիլհամ Ասկերովի և ՇահբազԳուլիևի ազատումն է:
