 Շիրակի մարզպետարանն անդրադարձել է իր աշխատակազմում կադրային նշանակումների մասին «Փաստ» օրաթերթում  հրապարակված «Գյուղատնտեսը՝ առողջապահության վարչության պետ» հոդվածին, որն արտատպվել է մի քանի այլ ԶԼՄ-ներում։ «Արմենպրես»-ին ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզպետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի փոխանցած պարզաբանման մեջ նշված է. «Հարգելով և խրախուսելով հասարակության տեղեկացված լինելու իրավունքը, մամուլի ազատությունը և բազմակարծությունը, ինչպես նաև հավատարիմ մնալով թափանցիկ աշխատելու մեր սկզբունքին՝ հարկ ենք համարում անդրադառնալ «Գյուղատնտեսը՝ առողջապահության վարչության պետ» վերնագրով հոդվածին` Շիրակի մարզպետարանում կադրային նշանակումների մասին, որը տպագրվել է «Փաստ» օրաթերթում, արտատպվել է մի քանի այլում: Ձեռնպահ մնալով հոդվածի վերաբերյալ որևէ մեկնաբանությունից, սույնով տեղեկացնում ենք.

  1. ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմում «Առողջապահության վարչություն» անունով ստորաբաժանում գոյություն չունի:
  2. Պարոն Մեսրոպ Բզնունին նշանակվել է ոչ թե առողջապահության վարչության պետ, այլ առողջապահության և սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար:
  3. Պարոն Բզնունին որևէ կուսակցության անդամ չէ:
  4. Պարոն Բզնունու նշանակումը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ օրենսդրության տառին և ոգուն: Եթե հոդվածագրի կարծիքով որևէ օրենք է խախտվել, ապա խնդրում ենք նշել, թե կոնկրետ որ օրենքի որ հոդվածն է խախտվել:
  5. ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմում «Տարածքային կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման վարչություն» անունով կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանում գոյություն չունի:
  6. ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզպետարանի տեղական ինքնակառավարման և հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների հարցերով վարչության պետ պարոն Արամ Անտոնյանը  հանդիսանում է ՀՅԴ Շիրակի մարզային կոմիտեի նախագահ: Վերջինս աշխատում է Շիրակի մարզպետարանում 2004 թվականից` նախ որպես առաջատար, ապա գլխավոր մասնագետ, բաժնի պետ և 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 3-ից` վարչության պետ: Պարոն Անտոնյանի պաշտոնավարումը չի հակասում ՀՀ օրենսդրությանը: Եթե խախտվել է ՀՀ որևէ օրենք, ապա խնդրում ենք կոնկրետ նշել օրենքն ու հոդվածը»:
