Ծույլիկ աշակերտը

Past.am-ը տեղեկացավ.Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանում մի դեսպան ունի՝ Իվան Վոլինկինը։ Եթե ԵՄ կամ ԱՄՆ դեսպանները Հայաստանում իրագործում են նախագծեր, որոշակի հայտարարություններ են անում, որոնք դառնում են հանրային դիրսկուրսի առարկա, ապա պարոն Վոլինկինը, ինչպես կար, այդպես էլ մնացել է։ Առաջին երկուսի պարագայում, հայտարարությունները հարաբերական են։ Դրանք հիմնականում դուր են գալիս ընդդիմադիր զանգվածին և անհանգստացնում իշխանություններին։ Իսկ ահա Վոլինկինը, ներկայանում է որպես ծույլ աշակերտ։ Այն աշակերտներից, որոնք նստում են վերջում, ու ոչ ոք, որևէ ակնկալիք չունի նրանից։
Երբ մարդիկ խոսում են այդ աշակերտների մասին, սովորաբար որևէ դրական բան չեն արտահայտվում, իսկ եթե որևէ ուսուցչի մտքով անցնում է այդ աշակերտին երբևէ դաս հարցնել, ապա նա իրավացիորեն զարմանում է դեմքի հետևյալ արտահայտությամբ՝ չգիտե՞ս, որ ես ծույլիկ եմ։
Ռուսաստանի դեսպանն այդ առումով բացառիկ է։ Ես չեմ հիշում դեպք, երբ նա հայտնվի հանրության մեջ և դրական հիշատակման արժանանա։ Մյուս կողմից, երբեմն–երբեմն անում է քայլեր, որոնք նույնիսկ զայրացնում են ամեն ինչում Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ լոյալ հայ իշխանավորներին։
Այս խեղճ պաշտոնյան, նորից հայտնվել էր լրագրողների ուշադրությա նկենտրոնում։ Բնական է, որ լրագրողներին պետք է հուզեր հարցը՝ կապված ռուսական զենքի հետ, հատկապես, Պուտինի վերջին ինքնամերկացում–ինքնախոստովանությունից հետո։ Սակայն ինչպես միշտ, Վոլինկինը խուսափում էր պատասխանից և փնտրում լիֆտի տեղը։Իսկ ամենակուռ փաստարկն այն էր, որ կոռեկտ չէ մկնաբանել իր երկրի նախագահի խոսքերը։
Հարգելի դեսպան ինչ գիտեմ ո՞վ է դիվանագիտություն դասավանդել, սակայն շատ տգետ երևույթներ է սովորեցրել։Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահը, ենթադրո ւմենք, որ ներկայացնում է Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական տեսակետը։Հայաստանում, Ռուսական շահերի ներկայացուցիչն այս դեսպանն է։Նա պարզապես, ի պաշտոն ե պարտավոր է ներկայացնել իր երկրի պաշտոնական քաղաքական տեսակետը կամ մեկնաբանել այն՝ անկախ թե ում բերանից են հնչել այդ խոսքերը։
Իհարկե, Պուտինի ինքնամերկացումը չունի մեկնաբանության կարիք։ Նա ասաց այն, ինչ գիտեինք բոլորս և վաղուց համոզված էինք դրանում։ Մնում է հիշեցնել այն մասին, որ ռուսները մեր «ոխերիմ բարեկամներն են»։
