Քննիչի կողմից ծանր հանցագործության վերաբերյալ քրգործով ապացույց կեղծելու մասին հաղորդում է ստացվել

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի քննիչի կողմից ապացույց կեղծելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Այսպես, Երևան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում ծանր հանցագործության վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործով վկա Ջ. Հ.-ն 22.08.2017թ.-ին կայացած դատական նիստի ժամանակ տվել է նախաքննական ցուցմունքին էապես հակասող ցուցմունք: Այնուհետև Ջ. Հ.-ն, նախազգուշացվելով սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին, դատարանում նույնաբովանդակ հաղորդում է տվել, որ իր նախաքննական ցուցմունքի վերաբերյալ կազմված արձանագրությունը կեղծ է, քանի որ նախաքննության ընթացքում երբևէ չի հարցաքննվել քրեական գործով վարույթն իրականացնող` Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի քննիչի կողմից, իսկ իր` որպես վկայի հարցաքննության արձանագրությունում ինքը չի ստորագրել:
Այսպիսով, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից ծանր հանցագործության վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով ապացույց կեղծելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 349-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի մասի 1-ին կետով:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`
