Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հարց ու պատասխանը լրագրողների հետ ԱԺ-ում շարունակում է ակտիվ քննարկումների տիրույթում մնալ: Սովորության համաձայն շատերը փորձում են ինչ-որ ինտրիգ դուրս բերել ընդհանուր պատկերից, կտրել առանձին մտքեր ընդհանուր կոնտեքստից, մոռանալով ամենակարևորը: Իսկ ամենակարևորը այն է, ինչ ասեց Ծառուկյանը ԵՏՄ-Հայաստան հարաբերությունների մասին: Ծառուկյանը ոչ թե պաշտպանեց ԵՏՄ-ի գաղաարը կամ հակառակ դիրքից քննադատեց այն, այլ խոսեց վերանայման մասին: 

Սա ի դեպ, բավական բարդ դիրքորոշում է: Քանի որ հեշտ է մի բանին կողմ կամ դեմ լինելը, բայց շատ դժվար է եղելությունը ընդունելը, դրա դրական ու բացասական կողմերը քննարկելն ու կառուցողական առաջարկներ ներկայացնելը: Ծառուկյանի այն միտքը, որ մենք միգուցե լիովին չենք օգտագործում ԵՏՄ հնարավորությունները, այս կառուցողական մտածողության վառ դրսևորում է: 

Իսկապես. Հայաստանը մտել է ԵՏՄ, բայց հայ արտադրողն ու սպառողը դեռևս լավ ծանոթ չեն ԵՏՄ-ի խաղի կանոններին, եղած առավելություններին ու թերություններին, օրենսդրական և իրական կյանքում դրսևորվող նյուանսներին: Թե գործարարին, թե սպառողին, թե սովորական քաղաքացիներին պետք է հստակություն թե ինչ համակարգի հետ նրանք գործ ունեն:

Եվ այս իմաստով Ծառուկյանի առաջարկը նշանակում է ՝ ոչ թե դուրս գալ, այլ նորովի մտնել ԵՏՄ ՝ վերանայելով թե մեր, թե մեր գործընկերների հնարավորությունները: Սա, ինչպես արդեն նշեցինք, բավական բարդ մոտեցում է: Որովվոհետև ի տարբերություն դեմ կամ կողմ լինելու պահանջում է աշխատանք, պահանջում է գիտելիքներ ու փորձ, հասարակության տարբեր շերտերի հետ աշխատանք: 

Հասարակության հետ հետադարձ կապի խնդիր Ծառուկյանը չունի: Միաժամանակ նրա շուրջ կա պառլամենտում ներկայացված ունակ թիմ, որ իվիճակի քննարկել ու վերանայել Հայաստան-ԵՏՄ հարաբերությունները և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում գործարար միջավայրին ու սպառողներին խորհրդատվություն տրամադրել: Սրան օգնելու է գալիս նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ թե Ծառուկյանը, թե նրա ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժը մշտապես աչքի են ընկել մանր ու միջին բիզնեսի շահերի ներկայացմամբ:
