Սահմանամերձ գոտու սրճարանը կարծրատիպեր է փշրում

Կամ՝ ինչպես ներդրում անել Նոյեմբերյանում Հաճախ կարելի է լսել այս նախադասությունը. «Մարզերում բավարար պայմաններ չկան բնակչության ժամանցը կազմակերպելու համար»: Սական փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ այն կարող է դառնալ մի նոր մշակույթի ձեւավորման նախահիմքը: Այդպես եղավ Տավուշի մարզի Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքում, որտեղ 2016թ. ձմռանը հիմնադրվեց «Չապլին» սրճարան-ակումբը:
Տնտեսագետ Արտակ Ղուշչյանին եւ մաքսային մասնագետ Արտաշես Մաճկալյանին բոլորը համոզում էին՝ սահմանամերձ գոտում ներդրում կատարելն արդարացված չէ: Հավատալով իրենց երազանքին՝ հիմնադիրները Նոյեմբերյանում ստեղծեցին բոլորովին նոր միջավայր: Արդյունքում այսօր անկեղծանում են՝ ասելով, որ օրվա ցանկացած ժամի սրճարանում կարելի է աղջիկ տեսնել: «Նոյեմբերյանում, իհարկե, կային այլ սրճարաններ եւս, որտեղ, սակայն, իգական սեռի ներկայացուցիչ տեսնելն ապշեցնելու աստիճան զարմանալի էր: Մենք նախեւառաջ մեր առաջ նպատակ դրեցինք մարդկանց մեջ սերմանել այն տեսակետը, որ սրճարան այցելելը միայն տղամարդկանց մենաշնորհը չէ»,- նշում են տղաները:
«Չապլին» սրճարանը հիմնադիրները ստեղծել են վարկավորման միջոցով. Հովանավոր կառույցներ չունեն: Այն իր ձեւաչափով տարբերվում է սովորական սրճարանից: Ներսում գործում է նաեւ ակումբ, որտեղ կազմակերպվում են քննարկումներ, ինտելեկտուալ խաղեր, ֆիլմերի ցուցադրություններ: Արտակը, անդրադառնալով մարզային բնակչության սոցիալ-տնտեսական պայմաններին, նշում է. «Մեզ մոտ գները հաշվարկված են՝ հաշվի առնելով տեղի բնակչությանը մատչելի լինելու փաստը:
Մուտքավճար սրճարանի համար չի գործում: Առանձին մուտքավճարներ նախատեսված են հատուկ նախագծերի համար»: Ընկերները նշում են, որ զբոսաշրջային սեզոնի բացումը բարենպաստ ազդեցություն է ունենում սրճարանի գործունեության վրա: Այդ շրջանում այցելուների թիվն աճում է: Իսկ ընդհանրապես օրվա ընթացքում ամենաակտիվ ժամերը հիմնականում ընդմիջման ժամերն են, ինչպես նաեւ երեկոյան 18-ից հետո:
Մարզային բիզնեսի զարգացմանը տղաների համոզմամբ խանգարում է ոչ միայն ֆինանսական միջոցների բացակայությունը, այլ նաեւ կարծրատիպերի առկայությունը: «Առկա է նաեւ մշտական աշխատողներ ունենալու խնդիրը: Այստեղ մատուցողի աշխատանքին դեռեւս «թարս աչքով» են նայում»,-ասում է Արտաշեսը:
Անհրաժեշտ ապրանքներ ձեռք բերելը նույնպես խնդրահարույց է: Մարզերում շատ ապրանքատեսակների հասանելիության խնդիր կա: «Շատ ապրանքներ կարողանում ենք ձեռք բերել միայն Երեւանից կամ Թբիլիսիից, ինչը բավականին ժամանակատար է»,-հավելում է մեր զրուցակիցը: Այցելուներն ունեն հնարավորություն առաջարկներ անելու եւ միջոցառումներ կազմակերպելու: Հիմնադիրներից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ առաջիկա ինչ ծրագրեր կան սրճարանի հետ կապված, սակայն նրանք առայժմ չցանկացան «բացել փակագծերը»:
