4 կանոն՝ ամռան ընթացքում թունավորումներից խուսափելու համար

Սնվելու կանոնները նույնն են տարվա տարբեր եղանակներին, սակայն ամռան ընթացքում ռիսկերն ավելի շատ են, քանի որ բակտերիաներն ու հիվանդությունների այլ տարատեսակ հարուցիչները բազմանալու համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ են ստանում: Թունավորումներից խուսափելու համար դիետոլոգ- էնդոկրինոլոգ Հասմիկ Աբովյանը խորհուրդ է տալիս հետեւել ստորեւ ներկայացրած կանոններին:

  1. Սնունդ: Համոզվեք, որ մթերքը, որը պատրաստվում եք ուտել, վարակված չէ: Մթերքների մակերեսին կարող են տարբեր միկրոբներ լինել, այդ պատճառով լվացեք այն, հատկապես եթե դա միրգ է, որը Դուք պատրաստվում եք թարմ ուտել՝ առանց ջերմային մշակման:
  2. Թարմություն: Ձեռք բերեք միայն թարմ, ոչ վնասված մթերքներ, հատկապես եթե խոսքը գնում է մրգերի կամ բանջարեղենի մասին: Համոզվեք, որ դրանց վրա վնասվածքներ չկան, որոնց միջոցով սովորաբար թափանցում են ախտածին բակտերիաները: Փաթեթավորված միրգ կամ բանջարեղեն գնելն, ի դեպ, ցանկալի չէ, քանի որ Դուք չեք կարողանա տեսնել, փչացած են դրանք թե ոչ:
  3.  Հիգիենա: Բոլորրը գիտեն, որ սնվելուց առաջ պետք է լվանալ ձեռքերը, սակայն, ցավոք, ոչ բոլորն են հետեւում այս կանոնին: Այդ պատճառով շատ դեպքերում թունավորման պատճառ են դառնում ոչ թե մթերքները, այլ կեղտոտ ձեռքերը: Բացի այդ՝ մենք շատ հաճախ մոռանում ենք, որ մթերքների փաթեթավորումը ստերիլ չի լինում, քանի որ այն երկար կարող է մնացած լինել խանութում եւ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ էլ դիպչել են դրան: Երբ մենք դիպչում ենք, օրինակ, կետչուպին, կամ այլ որեւէ մթերքին, իսկ դրանից հետո՝ հացին, ինֆեկցիայով վարակվելու հավանականությունը աճում է:  
  4. Մայոնեզը, թթվասերը, եւ այլ նմանատիպ մթերքներ անվտանգ են ամռանը, եթե դրանք պատրաստվել են նորմալ գործարանային պայմաններում՝ արտադրության նորմերի պահպանմամբ: Շատ կարեւոր է նաեւ, որ դրանք պահպանվեն պատշաճ պայմաններում: Սակայն նույնը չի կարելի ասել տան պայմաններում պատրաստած մայոնեզի մասին, քանի որ Դուք չեք կարող վստահ լինել, որ այդպիսի պայմաններում պատրաստված մթերքն անվտանգ է:
