Հայ փրկարարները Մոլդովայում կմասնակցեն դաշտային վարժանքի

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնում (ՀՆՓԱԻԿ) սեպտեմբերի 14-ին տեղի է ունեցել «MOLDEX-2017» միջազգային վարժանքի մասնակից անձնակազմի ստուգատեսը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկացավ ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքից։
Հաողրդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Մ. Ղազարյանը հանդիպեց 26 փրկարար ծառայողից կազմված թիմին, որը շուտով կմեկնի Մոլդովայի Հանրապետություն: Հայկական պատվիրակության կազմում ընդգրկված են ինչպես քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական, այնպես էլ՝ քիմիական, կենսաբանական, ճառագայթային և միջուկային (CBRN) պատահարներին արձագանքող թիմի փրկարարներ:
Սեպտեմբերի 18-21-ը ԵՄ «Տարերային և տեխնածին աղետների կանխարգելում, պատրաստվածություն և արձագանքում արևելյան տարածքում» (PPRD East 2) ծրագրի շրջանակում Մոլդովայում անցկացվելու է «MOLDEX-2017» խորագրով լայնամասշտաբ դաշտային վարժանք:
Հիմնական նպատակն է ամփոփել PPRD East 2 ծրագրի շրջանակներում կատարած աշխատանքը, ինչպես նաև՝ բարելավել տարբեր երկրների թիմերի միջև համագործակցության արդյունավետությունը:
Շարային ստուգատեսի ժամանակ ՓԾ տնօրեն Մ. Ղազարյանը, ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի և իր անունից բարի ճանապարհ մաղթեց վարժանքին մասնակցող փրկարարներին՝ նշելով, որ հայ փրկարարը միշտ բարձր է պահել իր պետության պատիվը և, կասկած չկա, որ այս դաշտային վարժանքին ևս նրանք լավագույնս կցուցադրեն իրենց բարձր մասնագիտական որակներն ու պատրաստվածությունը:
Վարժանքին ընդգրկված են Արևելյան համագործակցության 6 երկրների (Հայաստան, Բելառուս, Մոլդովա, Ադրբեջան, Ուկրաինա, Վրաստան), ինչպես նաև՝ ԵՄ Քաղաքացիան պաշտպանության մեխանիզմին (EUCPM) անդամակցող երեք պետությունների (Չեխիա, Դանիա, Ռումինիա) փրկարարական թիմեր:
Սցենարի համաձայն՝ մասնակից թիմերի հիմնական խնդիրը լինելու է 3 տեսակի աղետներին արձագանքումը (երկրաշարժ, ջրհեղեղ և քիմիական վթար):
Հայ փրկարարները Մոլդովա են մեկնում տեխնիկական լուրջ հագեցվածությամբ: Նրանք կիրականացնեն որոնողական աշխատանքներ՝ հատուկ որոնման սարքերով, փլատակների քանդում-կտրում, պարանային աշխատանքներ, տուժածների որոնում և դուրսբերում, ինչպես նաև՝ կկիրառեն քիմիական վթարի արձագանքման միջոցներ:
Վարժանքին կհետևեն քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության միջազգային փորձագետները, ԵՄ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության թիմը, ինչպես նաև գործընկեր երկրներից, ԵՄ անդամ պետություններից և երրորդ երկրներից ժամանած փորձագետներ ու դիտորդներ»:
