Վարչապետը դրսից մարդ է բերում Սարգսյանի վրա

Վարչապետ Կարապետյանը շնորհավորել է ՌԴ վարչապետ Մեդվեդևին և քննարկել նրա առաջիկա այցի մանրամասները: Այցի մասին խոսվում էր վերջերս ՝ Կարապետյանի Մոսկվայում գտնվելու ընթացքում: Կարապետյանը խնդիր ունի Հայաստանում իր քաղաքական կշիռը մեծացնելու և վարչապետերի հանդիպումը լավ առիթ էր դրա համար:
Թե ինչ կարող է անել Մեդվեդևը Հայաստանում, անհայտ է: Գուցե որոշ տնտեսական ծրագրերից խոսի, բայց գործի վերածվել դրանք չեն կարող: Նախորդ բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները մնացել են օդից կախված: Այցն ավելի շատ կրում է սիմվոլիկ բնույթ՝ հաշվի առնելով հայաստանյան վերնախավի պաթոլոգիկ վախը Ռուսաստանից, դրսից մարդ բերել մրցակիցների վրա, ցույց տալ սեփական ուժն ու կարողությունը: Ինչ-որ առումով սա կարող է աշխատել:
Բայց Մեդվեդևն այսօր ամենալավ վիճակում չէ Ռուսաստանում: Հատկապես նրա ապարատի անդամ Ուլուկյաևի ձերբակալումից, և Он вам не Димон ֆիլմի տարածումից հետո, նրա վարկանիշն ու կշիռը ընկել են: Այսօր առավել քան երբևէ Մեդվեդևյան թևն իշխանության մեջ թուլացել է: Փաստացի ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերում առավել ազդեցիկ են Պուտինն ու նրա վաղեմի ընկեր Սեչինը: Իսկ Կարապետյանը գազպրոմական թևի ներկայացուցիչ է:
Մի խոսքով ՝ ինչ-որ սիմվոլիկ նշանակություն Մեդվեդևի գալը կարող է ունենալ: Բայց ռեալ արդյունքի, այդ թվում քաղաքական արդյունքի դժվար թե վերածվի: Պատճառը թե Մեդվեդևի վիճակն է այժմյան ռուսական ներիշխանական ինտրիգներում, թե ընդհանրապես ռուսական վերնախավում առկա տարբեր կլանների միջև հակամարտությունը:
