Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Past.am-ը .Կառավարության որոշմամբ «ԱՆԴ» ՍՊԸ կօգտվի գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում ներմուծվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից: Ներմուծվող սարքավորումներն ու հումքն ընկերությունն օգտագործելու է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում, մասնավորապես, մեղրի արտադրության մեջ: Ծրագրի արժեքը կազմում է 68,5 մլն ՀՀ դրամ: Նախատեսվում է ստեղծել 12 հիմնական և 44 սեզոնային աշխատատեղ:
Նույն արտոնությունից օգտվելու թույլտվություն է տրամադրվել նաև «ԼԵՎ էներջի» ՍՊԸ–ին: Ներմուծվող սարքավորումներն օգտագործվելու են վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտում։ Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է 3,8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ։ Նախատեսվում է ստեղծել 9 նոր աշխատատեղ՝ 115000 ՀՀ դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով: «ԼԵՎ էներջի» ՍՊԸ–ին կառավարության մեկ այլ որոշմամբ տրամադրվել է նաև ապրանքների ներմուծման դեպքում ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գումարների վճարման ժամկետը երեք տարով հետաձգելու արտոնություն:
Գործադիրը որոշել է նաև «Արոյան» ՍՊԸ–ին «Մերիդիան» ազատ տնտեսական գոտու շահագործողի թույլտվություն տրամադրել: Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է գործունեություն ծավալել ոսկերչության ոլորտում՝ 8 տարվա ընթացքում իրականացնելով 11 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրում: Ընթացիկ տարում նախատեսվում է բացել 5 նոր աշխատատեղ, իսկ մոտակա 8 տարիներին՝ մինչև 100 նոր աշխատատեղ` 300 ԱՄՆ դոլար միջին աշխատավարձով: Ընկերությունը պլանավորում է արտահանումն իրականացնել հետևյալ հիմնական ուղղություններով՝ ՌԴ, Ղազախստան, ԱՄԷ, Քաթար, Բահրեյն, Քուվեյթ, Օման: Արտադրանքի արտահանման տարեկան ծավալը կկազմի մոտ 2,5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար:
