«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երևանի պետական համալսարանի պինդ մարմնի ֆիզիկայի ամբիոնի վարիչ Ալբերտ Կիրակոսյանը Lragir.am-ին ասել էր, որ հոկտեբերի 21-ին ամբիոնի գիտխորհրդի նիստում միաձայն որոշվել է «դեմ» արտահայտվել սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին:

«Որոշեցինք ասել՝ «ոչ»: Չենք հիմնավորում, եթե սկսում ենք հիմնավորել, անընդհատ հարցեր են առաջանում։ Մենք գիտխորհրդի նիստում միաձայն «ոչ» ենք ասել դեկանի գլխավորությամբ»,- ասել էր Ալբերտ Կիրակոսյանը։

Մինչդեռ, այսօր մեզ հետ զրույցում ԵՊՀ ֆիզիկայի ֆակուլտետի դեկան Ռոլանդ Ավագյանը հերքեց, թե նիստում նման որոշում է կայացվել։ «Սահմանադրությանը դեմ քվեարկություն չի եղել։ Մենք պարզապես քննարկել ենք սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հետ կապված հարցերը, բուռն քննարկում է եղել, երևում է, որ մարդիկ կարդացել են, հետաքրքրվում են մեր ապագայով։ Առաջին եզրակացությունը, որ եղել է՝ փոփոխություններն անհրաժեշտ են»,- պնդեց Ավագյանը։

Ավելին, ֆիզիկայի ֆակուլտետի դեկանը պնդում է, որ դեմ արտահայտվողներ չեն եղել նիստի ժամանակ։ «Ասվել է, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններն անհրաժեշտ են, բայց դրանք ժամանակավրեպ են։ Դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք դեմ ենք Սահմանադրությանը»,- ասաց դեկանը։

Մեր հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է՝ ԵՊՀ ռեկտորի կողմից ճնշում է եղել, Ռոլանդ Ավագյանը նման պատասխան տվեց. «Ճնշում չի եղել։ Միակ ճնշումը եղել է այն, որ ռեկտորն ինձ ասել է՝ դու ես կաշան զավարիտ արել, դու էլ էշը ցեխից հանի»։ Միևնույն ժամանակ ռեկտորը պնդեց, թե չի նահանջել իր տեսակետից. «Մենք հո երեխա չենք»։

Երևանի պետական համալսարանի պինդ մարմնի ֆիզիկայի ամբիոնի վարիչ Ալբերտ Կիրակոսյանը մեր այցելության պահին համալսարանում չէր։ Մեզ հետ հեռախոսազրույցում այսօր Կիրակոսյանը պնդեց իր խոսքերը. «Ինչ որ ասելու էի, ասել եմ, խնդրում եմ ինձ չզանգեք»:
