Խաղողի մասսայական մթերումների գործընթացը մեկնարկել է

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն աշխատանքային այցով սեպտեմբերի 15-ին եղել է Երևանի կոնյակի գործարանի Արմավիրի մասնաճյուղում, որտեղ մեկնարկել է խաղողի մթերման գործընթացը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը Արմավիրի մարզպետ Աշոտ Ղահրամանյանի և Երևանի կոնյակի գործարանի խորհրդի նախագահ Արա Գրիգորյանի ուղեկցությամբ շրջել է ընկերության մասնաճյուղում, հետևել աշխատանքների ընթացքին:
«Մի շարք գործարաններ` Պռոշյանիկոնյակի գործարանը, «Արմենիա վայն» ընկերությունն արդեն սկսել ենմթերումները վաղահաս խաղողի և գինուարտադրության համար, սակայնմեծածավալ մթերումը սկսվում է այսօր: Երևանի կոնյակի գործարանն այսօր մեկնարկեց գործընթացը, մյուսընկերությունները նույնպես պատրաստ են մթերումներ իրականացնել: Մեր կանխատեսումներով` եթե բոլորընկերություններն իրենց հայտարարած ծավալներով մթերումներ իրականացնել, ապա խնդիրներ ընդհանրապեսչեն առաջանա: Այս տարի կմթերվի շուրջ այնքան խաղող, որքան նախորդ տարի` 109-110 000 տոննա»,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է նախարար Առաքելյանը:
Որպեսզի փարատվեն բոլոր կասկածները, և հանրությանը հավաստի տվյալներ ներկայացվեն, ՀՀ կառավարության հանձնարարությամբ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը վերամշակողներից կհավաքագրի մթերված բերքի ծավալներին վերաբերող տվյալները, իսկ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը կհամադրի դրանք արտադրված գինենյութի ցուցանիշների հետ:
Ցածր տոկոսադրույքով մատչելի մթերման վարկերի տրամադրումն այս տարի կնպաստի նաև վճարումների կատարման խնդիրների լուծմանը: Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ հետևելու են, որպեսզի գումարն ուղղվի այն ընկերություններին, որոնք գյուղացուց են մթերումներ իրականացնում, խաղողի սեփական այգիներ ունեցող վերամշակողների հայտերը մերժվելու են, լինելու է մոնիթորինգ և խիստ վերահսկողություն: 14 ընկերությունների հայտեր ուսումնասիրման փուլում են:
Նախարարի խոսքով` մթերման գինը կորոշեն ընկերություններն ու գյուղացիական տնտեսությունները կնքված պայմանագրերի համաձայն:
Երևանի կոնյակի գործարանի խորհրդի նախագահ Արա Գրիգորյանի խոսքով` վաղվանից մթերումները կսկսեն իրականացվել նաև Արարատի մարզի Այգավանի, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 20-ից` Տավուշի մարզի Բերդի մասնաճյուղում, մթերման գինը 130 դրամ է 1 կգ-ի դիմաց:
«Այս տարի կընդունենք շուրջ 30 հազար տոննա խաղող, ֆինանսական ոչ մի խնդիր չկա, վաղվանից կսկսվենվճարումները այսօր գնված խաղողի դիմաց»,-նշել է Երևանի կոնյակի գործարանի խորհրդի նախագահը:
Արա Գրիգորյանը հավելել է, որ մթերումներն իրականացվում են բացառապես պայմանագրային հիմունքներով:
