Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչները բուժօգնություն ստանալու համար ստիպված են մի գյուղից մյուսը տեղափոխվել

Past.am Շիրակի մարզի Փանիկի տարածաշրջանի բնակիչները դժգոհում են, որ երեխաների պատվաստումների համար ստիպված են մի քանի կիլոմետր ճանապարհ կտրել ու Փանիկի առողջության կենտրոն հասնել: Բնակիչների խոսքով՝ իրենց համայնքներում բուժկետ կա, սակայն պարտադրված են Փանիկ հասնել, իսկ շրջկենտրոն գնալու հնարավորություն ոչ բոլորն ունեն:
«Մենք ստիպված ենք մեր գործերը թողնել ու Փանիկ հասնել: Ահագին տարածություն է, պետք է ստիպված մի գյուղից մյուսը հասնենք, գյուղերի միջև հեռավարությունն էլ բավականին մեծ է: Գյուղերում էլ տրանսպորտը նորմալ չի աշխատում, որ գնանք: Մեքենա ունեցողներին պետք է խնդրենք, որ մեզ էլ իրենց հետ Փանիկ հասցնեն»,– պատմեցին ծնողները:
Փանիկի առողջության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ամբակում Սերոբյանի պնդմամբ ոչ մի պարտադրանք էլ չկա, օրենքն է այդպես պահանջում: Շատ գյուղերում ամբուլատորիաներ կան, սակայն բժիշկներ չկան, գյուղացիների առողջության մասին հոգ են տանում միայն բուժքույրերը:
«Պատվաստումներն առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով կատարվելու են կենտրոններում, ոչ մի պարտադրանք չկա, դա հրահանգ է»,– պարզաբանեց Փանիկի առողջապահության կենտրոնի տնօրենը:
