Ռուսաստանին կզրկեն ձայնի իրավունքից. Պուտինն ու Ալիեւը զորաշարժ են սկսել

Ադրբեջանը Ռուսաստանին ու Բելառուսին զուգահեռ զորավարժություն է անցկացնում
Սեպտեմբերի 18-22-ին Ադրբեջանը լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժություններ է անցկացնելու 15000 զինծառայողների եւ մեծաքանակ ռազմատեխնիկայի մասնակցությամբ: Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունն ասում է, որ զորավարժություններն անցնելու են տարբեր զորավարժարաններում:
Հատկանշական է, որ նույն օրերին Ռուսաստանը Բելառուսում ու իր տարածքում անց է կացնում «Արեւմուտք-2017» զորավարժությունը, որը կտրուկ արձագանք է առաջացրել Արեւմուտքում եւ ընկալվել է որպես Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր էքսպանսիայի նախապատրաստում: Սեպտեմբերի 18-ին զորավարժություններին Ռուսաստանի տարածքից հետեւելու է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ նույն օրը Դոնալդ Թրամփը մտադիր է համաշխարհային առաջնորդների հետ խորհրդակցություն անցկացնել ՄԱԿ-ի բարեփոխման շուրջ, որին Պուտինը չի մասնակցելու: ՄԱԿ-ում Ռուսաստանի ներկայացուցիչը հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանն ամենայն հավանականությամբ չի աջակցի Թրամփի բարեփոխմանը: Փորձագետները նշում են, որ բարեփոխումը նախատեսում է ձայնի իրավունքից զրկել ՄԱԿ ԱԽ մշտական անդամներին, եթե այդ երկրներն ագրեսիա են իրականացրել կամ էլ շահագրգռված են քննարկվող հակամարտությունում: Պուտինին չեն հրավիրել այդ հանդիպմանը: Վերլուծաբանները նշում են, որ Ռուսաստանին կարող են զրկել ձայնից այն հակամարտությունների քննարկման ժամանակ, որոնցում Ռուսաստանը խառնված է:
Նույն օրերին ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նստաշրջանում կայանալու է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ԱԳՆ ղեկավարների ավանդական հանդիպումը: ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը նույնպես մասնակցելու է նիստին: Այդ նպատակով Նյու Յորք է մեկնելու նաեւ Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: Նա կհասցնի՞ հանդիպել վաղը Հայաստան ժամանող ամերիկացի կոնգրեսականներին:
Հայտնի չէ նաեւ, թե արդյոք ԳԱ նստաշրջանին Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահները կհանդիպեն:
