Սոնա Ասատրյանը՝ Եվրոպայի մինչև 18 տարեկան աղջիկների չեմպիոնուհի

Ռումինիայի Մամայա քաղաքում ավարտվեց Եվրոպայի պատանեկան առաջնությունը, որն անցկացվում էր հետևյալ տարիքային խմբերով՝ Մ 8, Մ 10, Մ 12, Մ 14, Մ 16 և Մ 18: Պատանիների և աղջիկների մրցաշարերն անցկացվում էին առանձին:
Մինչև 18 տարեկան աղջիկների պայքարում հիանալի հաջողության հասավ Սոնա Ասատրյանը: Մեր շախմատիստուհին 9 հնարավորից վաստակեց 7 միավոր և հռչակվեց Եվրոպայի մինչև 18 տարեկան աղջիկների չեմպիոնուհի: Ասատրյանը նաև 128 կետով բարձրացրեց իր անհատական վարկանիշը:
Մինչև 16 տարեկան աղջիկների առաջնությունում հանդես եկող Աննա Սարգսյանը 9 հնարավորից վաստակեց 7 միավոր և կիսեց 2-4-րդ հորիզոնականները: Ցավոք, լրացուցիչ ցուցանիշների հաշվարկից հետո Սարգսյանը զբաղեցրեց 4-րդ հորիզոնականը:
Մինչև 10 տարեկան տղաների առաջնությունում հանդես եկող Ռոբերտ Փիլիպոսյանը 7 միավորով կիսեց 3-7-րդ հորիզոնականները, սակայն լրացուցիչ ցուցանիշներով հայտնվեց 6-րդ հորիզոնականում:
Մեդալ նվաճելու լավ հնարավորություն ունեին մինչև 18 տարեկան տղաների պայքարում հանդես եկող Հայկ Մարտիրոսյանը և մինչև 16 տարեկան տղաների պայքարում հանդես եկող Շանթ Սարգսյանը: Մեր երկու շախմատիստն էլ վերջին տուրից առաջ իրենց ենթախմբերում կիսում էին առաջին հորիզոնականը, սակայն որոշիչ պարտիայում երկուսն էլ պարտություն կրեցին և զիջեցին իրենց դիրքերը:
