Հակամարտությունների գոտում զենքի վաճառքը կարող է նպաստել միայն հակամարտությունների խորացմանը և իրավիճակի սրացմանը: «Հայաստան-Սփյուռք» համաժողովի շրջանկաներում «Արտաքին քաղաքականության օրակարգ» թեմատիկ քննարկման ժամանակ նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը՝ պատասխանելով Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու վերաբերյալ հարցին:
«Այդ հարցում մեր դիրքորոշումը հստակ է, այն մենք բազմիցս արտահայտել ենք: Մենք այդպիսի հարցերը քննարկումների առարկա ենք դարձնում տարբեր ձևաչափերում հանդիպումների, աշխատանքային քննարկումների ընթացքում, մի քանի անգամ էլ հայտարարություններ են եղել»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Միրզոյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներ ունենալու վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ նա հստակեցրեց, որ ըստ Արցախի սահմանադրության՝ Արցախի որևէ տարածք չի կարող ունենալ տարբեր կարգավիճակ: «Արցախի բոլոր տարածքներն ունեն նույն կարգավիճակը և համարվում են մեր երկրի անբաժանելի մասը: Մենք առաջնորդվում ենք հենց այս սահմանադրական դրույթով»,- եզրափակեց Միրզոյանը:
