Համահայկական խորհուրդը միտված է ուժեղացնելու սփյուռքի մասնակցությունը Հայաստանի ներքին կյանքին

«Հայաստան-Սփյուռք» համաժողովի ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել Համահայկական խորհրդի ձևավորման սկզբունքների վերաբերյալ փակ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի ռեֆերենտ Հովհաննես Նիկողոսյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությանը մասնացել է սփյուռքի 30 ներկայացուցիչ:
«Քննարկումների ընթացքում բոլորը միահամուռ վստահություն հայտնեցին, որ հասունացել է ժամանակը, երբ 1995-1996 թվականներից ի վեր քննարկվող Համահայկական խորհուրդ ձևավորելու գաղափարը պետք է իրականություն դառնա որպես Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համագործակցության գործիք: Միևնույն ժամանակ, աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության բոլոր մասնակիցները միակարծիք էին, որ այս կառույցը նպատակադրված չէ ու որևէ կերպ չի կարող ստվերել ավանդական կուսակցությունների կամ կազմակերպությունների գործունեությունը, այլ հակառակը, միտված է ավելի ուժեղացնելու սփյուռքի ներուժը և մասնակցությունը Հայաստանի ներքին կյանքին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ մանրամասնեց Նիկողոսյանը:
ՀՀ Նախագահի ռեֆերենտի խոսքով՝ այն հանդիսանալու է գործիք երկխոսությունը նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու համար:
«Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ձևավորել անվանական հանձնախումբ, որը երեք ամսվա ընթացքում կհավաքի սփյուռքի հայտնի կառույցների առկա առաջարկները: Համահայկական խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստը անց է կացվելու Մայիսյան հերոսամարտերի և Առաջին հանրապետության անկախության 100-ամյակի տոնակատարությունների ընթացքում»,- ասաց Նիկողոսյանը:
