«Սանիթե՞ք», թե՞ սանիկեղտ

Անիծվի՛ էն «սհաթը», երբ «Սանիթեք» կոչվող չարիքը Երևան մտավ: Թշնամյաց կողմից ամենայն նեղություն տեսած 2800-ամյա մայրաքաղաքը, սակայն, երբևէ այսքան գարշահոտի մեջ չէր թաղվել, ինչպես այս ամառ: Եվ տպավորությունն այն է, որ խնդրի պատասխանատուները կա՛մ շատ են սիրում այդ հոտը ու սովոր են դրան, կա՛մ անզոր են՝ «Սանիթեք» կոչվածից մաքրություն պահանջել: 
 
Բազմիցս զանգահարել ենք, ահազանգել, խնդրել, պահանջել: Սակայն՝ ձայն բարբառո հանապատի՝ ամբողջ ամառ երևանաբնակներս թե՛ մեր տներում ու բակերում, թե՛ փողոցներում տառապեցինք աղբաբույրի մեջ: Տարօրինակ է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում անգամ դժվարանում են բացատրել, թե ինչու է բարձրահարկերի աղբատարներում մի քանի օր կուտակված (բնականաբար՝ արդեն իսկ նեխած) կենցաղային աղբը տեղափոխվում սանիթեքային աղբախցեր, որտեղ ևս անորոշ ժամանակ մնալով ավելի նեխում՝ գարշահոտից բացի համաճարակի վտանգ տարածելով: Իսկ երբ վերջապես որոշում են դատարկել այդ բաց կափարիչներով աղբարկղերը՝ այդժամ էլ ժանտահոտ զիբիլի մզվածքն է սկսում հոսել բակ ու փողոցներով:
 
Քաղաքապետարանի՝ այդ խնդիրներով զբաղվող օղակի գլխավոր մասնագետ Գուրգեն Հակոբյանը նույնպես չգիտեր մեր այդ «ինչո՞ւ»-ի պատասխանը և ասաց, թե իրենց ոչ թե «Սանիթեք»-ի աշխատաեղանակն է հետաքրքրում, այլ երևանցիներին մտահոգող՝ հարցերի հարց դարձած աղբահանությունը:
 
Իրականում պե՛տք է մտահոգեր, և ամենից առաջ՝ նման անպատասխանատու կառույցին հանձնած պաշտոնյաների համար, ովքեր, ինչպես շատ հարցեր՝ կենսական, նաև քաղաքացիների առողջության համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող այս ոլորտը ևս բարձիթողի են արել:
 
Գ. Հակոբյանը, սակայն, փորձեց հուսադրել՝ վստահաբար նշելով, թե վաղվանից այս վիճակը կշտկվի: 
 
Հավատ չընծայելու բոլոր հիմքերն ունենք. Եթե մի քանի օրում հնարավոր էր լուծում գտնել, ուրեմն ի՞նչ չար դիտավորության կամ ո՞ւմ հանցավոր անտարբերության պատճառով Երևանն ու երևանցին, վճարելով հանդերձ՝ ամբողջ ամառ խարխափեցին զիբիլահոտի գաղջ ճահիճում:
