Համաժողով ոչնչի մասին

Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համաժողովը համաժողով է ոչնչի մասին: Այն լիովին խորհրդանշում է Հայաստան-Սփյուռք հարաբերությունների էությունը ՝ գեղեցիկ սիմվոլիկ արտաքին ֆասադ և ներքին, բովանդակային քննարկման բացակայություն: Համաժողովը կարող է լինել լավ կազմակերպված ու լուսաբանված, այնտեղ կարող են հնչել մտքեր, որոնք ուշագրավ կլինեն: Այն կարող է ծառայել այս կամ այն գործչի, կազմակերպության վարկանիշի բարձրացմանը, բայց ռեալ իրավիճակ այն փոխել չի կարող:
Շատ է խոսվում այն մասին, թե ինչու չի հրավիրվել ԵԼՔ դաշինքը: Սա դիտվում է որպես համաժողովի թերություն: Բայց նույնիսկ այս դեպքում, եթե ԵԼՔ դաշինքը հրավիրվեր, որևէ բան չէր փոխվելու: Ինչի՞ց էր խոսելու դաշինքի ցանկացած ներկայացուցիչ. շաքարի մենաշնորհի՞ց: Այդ մասին սփյուռքահայերից մեկն արդեն խոսել էր: Առավելագույնը ինչ կարող էր անել ԵԼՔ-ը ՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանին անհարմար հարցեր տալն էր լինելու, հարցեր, որ գուցե անձնական տհաճություն պատճառեին Սարգսյանին, բայց Հայաստան-Սփյուռք հարաբերություններում որևէ բան չէին փոխելու:
Կամ այն հանգամանքը, որ համաժողովի համար մարդաքանակ է հատկացվել ՝ մեծ ու փոքր չինովնիկների ներկայությամբ, որոնք այդ համաժողովի հետ որևէ կապ չունեն: Սիմվոլիկ ներկայացուցչականություն, դեկլարատիվ ելույթներ և վերջ: Արամ կաթողիկոսը խոսում է Հայաստանի նախ և առաջ հայրենիք լինելու մասին, Գարեգին Բ-ն խոսում է Հայաստանից չնեղանալու մասին, Սերժ Սարգսյանը խոսում է Հայաստանի բնակչությունը կրկնապատկելու մասին: Գեղեցիկ, սկանդալային, քննարկվող մտքեր, որոնք ոչ մի տեղ չեն տանում, որովհետև իրենց հիմքում չունեն ոչ մասնագիտական, ոչ քաղաքական բովանդակություն:
Սփյուռքը Հայաստանի հետ շփվում է այն ստանդարտներով, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ գերիշխել են Սովետական Հայաստան-Սփյուռք հարաբերություններում: Հայաստանը սփյուռքին նայում է քոչարյանական մոտեցումներով ՝ որպես արագ ու անվերադարձ փողի աղբյուր: Իսկ այն, որ սփյուռքն այլևս միայն հայ դատով զբաղվող, կուսակցական կամ հոգևոր կառույցները չեն, ավանդական համայնքները չեն, դա բնականաբար չի քննարկվում: Ինչպես և չի քննարկվում այն հարցը, թե վերջիվերջո ինչ է Հայաստանը, արդյոք սփյուռքի պատկերացրած հայրենիքն է, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի ներկայացրած երկիրը, թե ինչ-որ այլ, վերափոխվող ու բազմաշերտ մի օրգանիզմ, որի մասին չկա ներքին քննարկում, հետևաբար չի կարող լինել քննարկում նաև այլ, արտաքին կողմի, այս դեպքում ՝ Սփյուռքի հետ:
Այս բոլոր հանգամանքները մեկտեղում են ու ստեղծում բացառապես գեղեցիկ ու ակնթարթային էֆեկտ ունեցող շոու: Ինչպես Մեծ Եղեռնի 100-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներն էին, կամ ինչպիսին է Ավրորա մրցանակը ՝ բացառապես սիմվոլիզմ, լավ կազմակերպված, բայց առանց ներքին բովանդակության միջոցառումներ, որոնք որևէ կերպ չեն դառնում պրակտիկ կյանքի մաս և մնում են սոսկ կարմիր գույնով նշված օրեր օրացույցի մեջ:
