Հայկական վերնախավի մոսկովյան վախերը

Նախորդ շաբաթվա վերջում հայաստանյան մեդիան անդադար գրում էր ռուսահայ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի որդու հարսանիքի մասին: Աստղային հյուրեր, թանկարժեք հարսանիք և այլն: Բնականաբար ներկա էր նաև հայաստանյան քաղաքական վերնախավը, այդ թվում հոգևոր վերնախավի առաջնորդը ՝ Գարեգին Բ-ն: Հարսանիքն էլ տեղի էր ունենում Մոսկվայում:
Առաջին հայացքից սովորական էլիտար հարսանիք, ինչպիսիք լինում են ամիսը մեկ-երկու անգամ ՝ նույն էլիտար կազմով: Իսկապես ոչինչ արտառոց չկա: Արտառոց է ֆոնը: Խոսքը ոչ միայն հարսանիքի քավոր ՝ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի մասին է: Այլ Հայաստանում այս պահին ընթացող երկու խմբերի միջև իշխանության համար ընթացող ներիշխանական պայքարի: Խմբերից մեկը ՝ վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ ներկայացնում է ռուսական ու ռուսահայ շահերը: Սերժ Սարգսյանն էլ ՝ հայաստանածին վերնախավի շահերը: Եվ այս իմաստով, Կարեն Կարապետյանի քավորության փաստը ներդաշնակ է. նա սերում է ռուսահայ բիզնես միջավայրից և իր ներկայությունը բնական է: Անբնական է մյուս, այսպես ասած Սարգսյանի խմբի ներկայությունն այդ հարսանիքին: Զարմանալի այն հարցադրման կոնտեքստում, երբ հաճախ ռուսական շահերին հակադրվում է այսպես ասած Հայաստանի սուվերենությունը ՝ Սարգսյանի դրոշի ներքո:
Իրականում, սակայն, չկա պայքար ռուսական և հայկական շահերի միջև: Պարզապես կա այդ շահերի շահարկում: Պայքարն ընթանում է առանց որևէ ազգային կամ վերազգային աստառի: Կա մեկ հետսովետական տարածք, որտեղ մրցակցում են երկու տարբեր մոտեցումներ ունեցող խմբեր: Երկուսն էլ հավասարապես կախված են Մոսկվայից, թե իրենց վախերով, թե իրենց հնարավորություններով: Պարզապես խմբերից մեկը սերում է այդ միջավայրից, մյուսը չի սերում, ավելին փորձում է երբեմն մանևրել ու այլ միջավայրերի հետ կցկտուր կապեր հաստատել:
Այս երկու ներիշխանական խմբերի բախումը, իր բնույթով քաղաքական պայքար է, այնքանով, որքանով որ դա ի վերջո առնչվելու է Հայաստանի իշխանության ապագա կառուցվածքին ու բովանդակությանը: Բայց այդ պայքարը քաղաքական չէ ՝ հասարակության ՝ քաղաքական կյանքի մասնակցայնության իմաստով: Մեծ հաշվով, հասարակության դիրքավորումը մնում է կրավորական և բացի երկու խմբերի հանդեպ էսթետիկական վերաբերմունք ցույց տալուս, հասարակությունն այս կռվում անելիք չունի:
