Գալուստ Սահակյանն ազդարարեց կռվի մեկնարկը

Խոսելով ռուսերեն լեզվի խորացված ուսուցման մասին կառավարության նախաձեռնությանը, այն անվանել է բթամտություն: Մաեստրոյի հակասական, հաճախ անհասկանալի մտքերի շարքում այս միտքը հավակնում է դառնալ միակ ռացիոնալն ու ընդունելին հասարակության կողմից: Սակայն Գալուստ Սահակյանի այս հայտարարության հետևում այլ տողատակեր կան:
Նախ, Գալուստ Սահակյանի որդին ՝ Արման Սահակյանը, բավականին լարված հարաբերություններ ունի վարչապետի հետ ՝ վերջինիս նշանակման առաջի օրվանից: Վարչապետին հաջողվեց միայն Սահակյանի ապարատում տեղակալ նշանակել, բայց Սահակյանին փոխել չհաջողվեց:
Երկրորդ ՝ Սերժ Սարգսյան-Կարեն Կարապետյան հակադրությունը արտահայտվում է նաև այսպես ասած մշակութային մակարդակում: Կարապետյանի այս նախաձեռնության դեմ հանդես գալով Գալուստ Սահակյանը ամրապնդում է Սարգսյանի դիրքերը ՝ խոսել Հայաստանի ու հայկականության անունից: Ռուսական էքսպանսիայի դեմ ՀՀԿ-ն ստիպված է ազգայնական դիրքավորում ընդունել և դա հնչում է Գալուստ Սահակյանի բերանով:
Հայաստանում ներիշխանական հակասությունները նոր դրսևորումներ են ստանում: Այն այլևս թաքցնել հնարավոր չէ: Սահակյանը տվել է մենամարտի պաշտոնական մեկնարկը ՝ ներքին մրցակցությունը փաստացի բերելով արտաքին ՝ հրապարակային դաշտ: Ենթադրվում է, որ եթե ներքին այդ մրցակցությունը չհանգուցալուծվի, ապա դրա հանգրվանը լինելու է հենց մրցակցության հրապարակայնացումն ու հասարակության ներգրավումն այդ ամենում: Առաջին անգամ, ներիշխանական պառակտումը վտանգված է դուրս գալ ներքին կոնսենսուսի սահմաններից ու փաստացի դառնալ համընդհանուր խնդիր ՝ դրանից բխող հետևանքներով:
