ՏՏ ոլորտի հաջողությունները կարող են ապահովել Հայաստանի թռիչքային զարգացումը. Հովիկ Մուսայելյան

Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է թռիչքային զարգացում, որը կարելի է իրականություն դարձնել տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում հաջողություններ ունենալու դեպքում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Հայաստան-սփյուռք համաժողովի շրջանակներում քննարկման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերության տնօրեն Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը:
«Հայաստանը սահմանափակ հնարավորություններ ունի թե՛ մարդկային կապիտալի, թե՛ նյութական ռեսուրսների առումով, ինչը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրություններ անել, որ թռիչքային զարգացումների անհրաժեշտություն կա, ինչն էլ կարելի է իրականություն դարձնել ՏՏ ոլորտի հաջողությունների դեպքում:
Այս ճյուղի աճը Հայաստանում վերջին տարիներին կազմում է 25-30 տոկոս, իսկ ՀՆԱ-ի մեջ տեսակարար կշիռը կազմում է 4 տոկոս, ինչը համադրելի է շատ զարգացած երկրների հետ: Այս ոլորտում 15 հազար բարձր կարգի ինժեներներ են աշխատում, գործում են 500 ընկերություններ»,- ասաց նա:
Մուսայելյանի խոսքով` Հայաստանում համացանցի սակագինը բավականին մատչելի ,իսկ որակի հետ կապված խնդիրներ չկան:
«Հայաստանը առաջատար երկրների շարքում է ինտերնետ-ծածկույթի առումով: Եթե ԱՄՆ-ում կան վայրեր, որտեղ համացանց հասանելի չէ, ապա Հայաստանում նման խնդիր չկա»,- նշեց Մուսայելյանը:
«Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերության տնօրեն կարծիքով` ՏՏ ոլորտում Հայաստանում կան որոշակի խոչընդոտներ, որոնք պետք է հաղթահարել:
«Խոչընդոտներից մեկը որակյալ կադրերի պակասն է: Ցավոք,բուհերը չեն կարողանում պատրաստել այնպիսի ուսանողներ, որոնք միանգամից մեծ պահանջարկ կունենան ընկերություններում: Այս առումով կրթական համակարգում բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտություն կա: Իսկ երկրորդ խնդիրը վերաբերում է գլոբալ շուկային միանալուն»,- ասաց Մուսայելյանը:
Ըստ նրա` հայերը կարողանում են արագ հարմարվել նոր տեխնոլոգիաներին և դա իրենց մրցակցային առավելություն է:
