ԱՀ Նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում առանցքային է համարում անվտանգության խնդիրը

Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահիմամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանըմեկնաբանել է ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի՝ Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համահայկական համաժողովի շրջանակում արված հայտարարությունը ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման, տարածքների վերաբերյալ՝ առանցքային համարելով անվտանգության խնդիրը:
«Նախեւառաջ, խոսենք նրա մասին, որ այդ հայտարարության ամենակարեւոր խորքային իմաստն այն է, որ անվտանգությունն ամենաառանցքային բաղադրամասն է: Ավելի ճիշտ կլիներ խոսել ոչ թե տարածքների, այլ սահմանների մասին: Դրանք մի քիչ տարբեր երեւույթներ են, որովհետեւ չգիտես՝ ինչու, սահմանների հարցը քննարկելով կամ խոսելով դրանց մասին՝ միշտ դիտարկում են հարցը ներկայիս Արցախի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի հավակնությունների ներքո: Շատ կարեւոր է, որ հիմնական շեշտը դրվում է անվտանգության խնդիրներին, եւ այն, որ այդ հարցն ամենակարեւորն է, արդեն հասկանում են ամբողջ աշխարհում, քանի որ մենք մշտապես ասել ենք, որ չկա վերադարձ անցյալին թե՛ սահմանների, թե՛ կարգավիճակի առումով: Մեր այս մոտեցման հիմքում հենց անվտանգության բաղադրամասն է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ հենց Ադրբեջանն է ստիպել, որ սահմանները փոխվեն, եւ մինչեւ հիմա չի հրաժարվում իր հայատյաց քաղաքականությունից:
«Հետեւաբար, մենք երբեք թույլ չենք տա, որ մեր պետությունն այնպիսի վիճակում հայտնվի, որ անվտանգության գեթ մեկ բաղադրամաս կասկածի տակ լինի: Այդ դեպքում հակառակորդն անմիջապես կօգտվի առիթից եւ կհարձակվի մեզ վրա: Այս տեսանկյունից նորից ուզում ենք կարեւորել Քարվաճառ գետը: Այդտեղ սկիզբ է առնում նախկին ԼՂԻՄ ջրային պաշարների 85 տոկոսը, Արփա եւ Որոտան գետերը, որոնք փրկում են Սեւանա լիճը կործանումից: Ադրբեջանն ունի ջրային ահաբեկչության հարուստ փորձ, թունավորում էր Արցախի ջրերը խորհդրային տարիներին: Մենք պետք է հաշվի առնենք, որ եթե վաղը նրանք վերահսկողություն ստանան այդ տարածքների վրա, մեր ջրային պաշարների մեջ կգցեն եւ ռադիոակտիվ նյութեր, եւ միջուկային թափոններ, իսկ հետո կասեն՝ դուք եք արել: Եթե նույնը լինի Սեւանի հետ, թունավորվեն Արփա եւ Որոտան գետերը, Հայաստանն ամբողջովին կթունավորվի»,- եզրափակեց նա:
