Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Լեհաստանի նախագահի հետ

Աշխատանքային այցով Նյու Յորքում գտնվող Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 19-ին ՄԱԿ-ի կենտրոնակայանում հանդիպում է ունեցել Լեհաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Անջեյ Դուդայի հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նշելով, որ ընթացիկ տարին խորհրդանշական է Հայաստանի և Լեհաստանի համար՝ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի հետ մեկտեղ երկու երկրները նշում են Լեհաստանում հայ համայնքի կազմավորման 650-րդ տարեդարձը, նախագահներ Սարգսյանը և Դուդան գոհունակությամբ են փաստել երկու ժողովուրդների դարավոր բարեկամության ոգով զարգացող միջպետական հարաբերությունները: Օգտվելով առիթից` Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Լեհաստանի նախագահին այդ առիթով հայ համայնքին ուղղված ջերմ խոսքերի համար և բարձր գնահատել լեհ ժողովրդի բարեկամական վերաբերմունքը հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ:
Նախագահ Անջեյ Դուդան հանդիպման առիթով ջերմորեն շնորհավորել և բարեմաղթանքներ է հղել Հայաստանի Անկախության տոնի կապակցությամբ, որը հայ ժողովուրդը նշելու է երկու օրից:
Երկու երկրների ղեկավարներն անդրադարձել են թե՛ երկկողմ, թե՛ բազմակողմ մակարդակներում հայ-լեհական կապերի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքին` այդ համատեքստում կարևորելով բարձրաստիճան հաճախակի շփումներն ու քաղաքական երկխոսությանը նոր որակ հաղորդելը։
Նախագահ Դուդան շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ Նախագահին` ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում ոչ մշտական անդամ դառնալու հարցում Լեհաստանին Հայաստանի աջակցության համար: Սերժ Սարգսյանը այդ կապակցությամբ շնորհավորել է Լեհաստանին և հույս հայտնել, որ ձևավորված փոխաջակցման և փոխըմբռնման ավանդույթներն այսուհետ ևս կշարունակվեն:
Նախագահ Սարգսյանը մեծապես կարևորել է նաև խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը քաղաքական երկխոսության զարգացման գործում։ Հաշվի առնելով սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների արդյունքում Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգին անցնելու հանգամանքը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ այդ ձևաչափով համագործակցությունն առաջիկայում ավելի ծանրակշիռ կդառնա:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը մեկ անգամ ևս նշել է, որ Հայաստանում մեծապես գնահատում են Լեհաստանի Սեյմի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման փաստը:
Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացին: Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարևորել է այս հարցում հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշման ցուցաբերումը` ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների և ԵՄ ընդհանուր դիրքորոշմանը համահունչ:
Նախագահ Դուդան ընդգծել է, որ Լեհաստանի դիրքորոշումը ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում չի փոխվել, և Լեհաստանը վստահ է, որ հիմնախնդիրը պետք է լուծվի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով, միջազգային իրավունքի հիման վրա:
