Past.am, Նոյեմբերին նախատեսված է ԵՄ–ի հետ նոր համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը: Երկու կողմն էլ նշում է, որ այն չստորագրելու պատճառներ չկան: Ամեն ինչ նախապատրաստված է: Եվրոպական կողմը նաև նշում է, որ այս համաձայնագրով Հայաստանին ընտրության առաջ չեն կանգնեցնում, և Հայաստանի՝ ԵՏՄ անդամ լինելը որևէ կերպ չի խոչընդոտում փաստաթղթի ստորագրմանը: ԵՏՄ–ից մեր հիմնական «դաշնակից» Ռուսաստանն էլ պնդում է, թե ամեն ինչ նորմալ է:
Բայց: Այս նոր համաձայնագիրը, որը ավելի «թույլ» է նախորդ համաձայնագրի համեմատությամբ, իսկական ոսկոր է դարձել Ռուսաստանի կոկորդին: Թեպետ արտաքուստ հայտարարում են, որ խնդիր չկա, Հայաստանն ինքնիշխան պետություն է և ինքն է որոշում ում հետ ինչ պայմանագիր ստորագրել, բայցևայնպես, իրականության մեջ կատարած քայլերը այլ բան են հուշում:
Վերջին շրջանում ռուսական պրեսինգը ակնհայտ է դարձել գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում: Սկսած նրանից, որ տեղեկություն եղավ, թե ատոմակայանը հանձնում են ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին, իմա՝ Ռուսաստանին, վերջացրած ռուսաց լեզվի դասավանդման հայեցակարգ ընդունելու և այն հանրայնացնելու մասին կառավարության տխրահռչակ հանձնարարականով:
Իսկ դե ռազմական ու անվտանգության հարցերը էլ ավելի սուր բնույթ ստացան: Ռուսական ու ադրբեջանական մամուլը, իրար հերթ չտալով, խոսում են Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի ԵՏՄ–ական հեռանկարների մասին: Վախեցնում, թե տեսեք, հեսա–հեսա Բաքուն ու Անկարան դառնում են ԵՏՄ անդամ: Այս առթիվ խիստ դիպուկ էր «Ելք»–ից Էդմոն Մարուքյանի խոսքը՝ թող Ադրբեջանն անպայման մտնի ԵՏՄ: Դրանից վատ բան Ադրբեջանի հետ չի կարող լինել: Օրերս էլ Մոսկվայում ընթանում էր «Բաքու–Մոսկվա առանցք» խորագրով միջոցառումը, որտեղ քննարկում էին տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության խորացման հարցեր: Ընդ որում, թե՛ ռուս, թե՛ ադրբեջանցի մասնակիցները առիթը բաց չեն թողնում Հայաստանի «վրայով» անցնելու համար: Մի քանի օր առաջ էլ ռուսական լրատվականներից մեկի ռազմական փորձագետ Եվգենի Բարանեց խիստ հատկանշական ազգանունով մեկը ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս հայտարարել էր, թե «եթե չլիներ ռուսական բազան, Ադրբեջանը վաղուց Ղարաբաղը կուլ տված կլիներ»: Ու այսպես շարունակ:
Ինչևէ: Ռուսական ջղաձգումներն ակնհայտ են: Հուսանք, սուվերեն որոշումներ կայացնելու համար խոստացված գործիքները շուտ տեղ կհասնեն ու ստիպված չենք լինի Պետրոս Գետադարձ կաթողիկոսի նման մենք էլ Հայաստանի խորհրդանշական բանալին ձուլենք ու հանձնենք ռուսներին՝ ի նշանավորումն դարավոր ստրկամտության:
