 Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը կոչ է արել տարածքների վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններից հեռու գնացող եզրակացություններ չանել: «Եռաբլուր»-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Կարեն Միրզոյանը նշեց, որ հնչած գաղափարները նորություն չեն, նախկինում էլ է այս մասին խոսվել: «Սա, այսպես կոչված, Մադրիդյան սկզբունքներն են: Տեղին չէ հեռուն գնացող եզրակացություններ անելը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Միրզոյանը:

Միաժամանակ, Արցախի ԱԳ նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ տարածքների վերադարձման առաջարկի գոյությունը պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ Արցախը երկար ժամանակ բացակայում է բանակցությունների սեղանից: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերադարձը բանակցությունների սեղանին թույլ կտա աշխատել այնպիսի առաջարկների և սխեմաների վրա, որոնք արտացոլում են գոյություն ունեցող իրողությունը ու կապահովեն Արցախի բնակչության անվտանգությունը»,- ընդգծեց Կարեն Միրզոյանը:

Հարցին՝ ինչ տարածքների մասին կարող է խոսք գնալ, Արցախի ԱԳ նախարարը նշեց, որ Արցախի ներկայիս անվտանգության համակարգի հիմքում հաշվի են առնվում այն տարածքները, որոնք Արցախի անբաժանելի մասն են համարվում: «Ցանկացած փոփոխություն, որը կարող է վտանգել Արցախի անվտանգությունը, անընդունելի է: Արցախի բնակչության անվտանգությունը մեր գերխնդիրն է, անվտանգության մեխանիզմներ մշակելիս մենք նկատի ունենք Արցախի ամբողջ տարածքը»,- ասաց Միրզոյանը:
