Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 26-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը սեպտեմբերի 21-ին Հայաստանի ազգային պատկերասրահում տեղի ունեցած հանդիսավոր արարողության ժամանակ ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի անունից պարգևներ է հանձնել մեր երկրի զարգացման գործում նշանակալի ավանդ և վաստակ ունեցած տարբեր ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների:

ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրերով՝ տնտեսության, առողջապահության, գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, գյուղատնտեսության, քաղաքաշինության, տրանսպորտի և կապի ու այլ ոլորտներում արդյունավետ և բարեխիղճ աշխատանքի համար այս բնագավառների մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ արժանացել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձր պարգևների (պարգևատրված անձանց ցանկին կարելի է ծանոթանալ հետևյալ հղումով՝ http://www.president.am/hy/decrees/page/1/): 
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, կառավարության ղեկավարը շնորհավորել է բոլոր պարգևատրվածներին Անկախության տոնի և պետական բարձր պարգևների արժանանալու առթիվ՝ նշելով. «Սեպտեմբերի 21-ը մեր Անկախության տոնն է՝ մեր հպարտության, երկրի պետականության նոր սկիզբն ազդարարող օր: Այսօր այս դահլիճում հավաքված են մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց վաստակն ունեն մեր երկրի զարգացման գործում՝ ամենքն իր բնագավառում, մասնագիտական ոլորտում, միավորված երկրի նկատմամբ նվիրվածությամբ, անհանգստությամբ և երկրի զարգացման մեջ սեփական ավանդը ներդնելու պարտքի զգացումով: 
Ինձ համար մեծ պատիվ և հաճույք է շնորհավորել ձեզ՝ Անկախության տոնի առթիվ և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի անունից մեր շնորհակալությունը հայտնել ձեզ այն աշխատանքի համար, որ դուք իրականացնում եք և այն մասնակցության համար, որ ունեք մեր երկրի զարգացման, կառուցման ճանապարհին: Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ձեզ, շնորհավորում եմ և մաղթում լավ տրամադրություն»:
