Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի պատասխանները «Ամերիկայի ձայն»-ի հարցերին

Հարց. Պարո՛ն նախարար, Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համաժողովին Ձեր ելույթում անդրադարձաք ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը և խոսեցիք որոշ տարածքների վերադարձի վերաբերյալ, ինչը տարաբնույթ մեկնաբանություններ առաջացրեց։ Խնդրեմ ավելի հանգամանալից ներկայացնեիք, թե ինչ ի նկատի ունեիք։

Պատասխան. Որոշ մեջբերումներ և մեկնաբանություններ կտրված էին կոնտեքստից։ Ես խոսել եմ համանախագահ երկրների ղեկավարների՝ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունների մեջ պարունակող հայտնի երեք սկզբունքների և վեց տարրերի մասին, որոնք, ըստ հենց եռանախագահների, մշակվել ու ներկայացվել են կողմերին՝ որպես մեկ ամբողջություն, և փորձերը տարանջատել մեկ սկզբունքը մյուսներից կամ մեկ դրույթը մյուսներից անհնարին կդարձնեն կարգավորումը։ Դա է հենց արվում Ադրբեջանի կողմից տարիներ շարունակ։
Ինչպես երկու օր առաջ ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից ելույթ ունենալով ընդգծեց Հանրապետության Նախագահը՝ կարևորն Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցն է։ Եթե կարգավիճակի հարցը լուծում ստանա, ապա մնացած հարցերը կլուծվեն արդար և տրամաբանական ձևով, որովհետև մնացած բոլոր հարցերն ածանցյալ են։
Կցանկանայի կրկնել նաև այն, ինչի մասին մենք ասել ենք բազմիցս. այդ բոլոր հարցերի լուծումը հնարավոր է միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասնակցությամբ։

Հարց. Պարո՛ն նախարար, նախատեսված է արդյոք Ձեր այս այցի շրջանակներում հանդիպում Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ։ Եթե այո, ապա՝ ե՞րբ, և կոնկրետ ի՞նչ հարցեր եք քննարկելու։
Պատասխան. Այո, այդպիսի հանդիպում ծրագրված է սեպտեմբերի 23-ին։ Օրակարգում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հնարավոր հանդիպման կազմակերպման հարցն է, նաև՝ համանախագահների տարածաշրջան նախատեսվող այցելության ժամանակացույցը։ Սրանք են այն երկու հարցերը, որոնց մասին խոսելու ենք Մամեդյարովի հետ։
