ՀՀ վարչապետը ռուսաց լեզվի հայեցակարգ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարական չի տվել. Լևոն Մկրտչյան

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը ռուսաց լեզվի հայեցակարգ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությանը հանձնարարական չի տվել։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը։

«Վարչապետի հանձնարարականը եղել է օտար լեզուների ուղղությամբ որակական փոփոխություններ անելը։ Այդ ընթացքում՝ դեկտեմբերին, ձևավորվել է երկու հանձնախումբ։ Այս ամենի արդյունքում ձևավորվել են հայեցակարգեր՝ լատինատառ՝ անգլերեն, ֆրանսերեն և գերմաներեն լեզուների, ինչպես նաև ռուսաց լեզվի»,- նշեց նախարարը։ 
Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀՀ պետական լեզուն հայերենն է և այդպես էլ կմնա, մնացած բոլորը համարվում են օտար լեզուներ։ 
«Դպրոցներում երկրորդ դասարանից ռուսաց լեզու են անցնում, որովհետև այն ԱՊՀ երկրներում և ԵԱՏՄ համագործակցության աշխատանքային լեզուն է։ Գիտական և ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրի գիտական դաշտի մեծ մասը ռուսաց լեզվով է»,- ընդգծեց Լևոն Մկրտչյանը։ 
Նա լեզուների ուսուցման հարցում խնդիրներից մեկը համարում է ուսուցիչների որակի անկումն ու դասաժամերի անբավարար քանակը։ 
«Օտար լեզուների մասնագետները պնդում են, որ մեծ լսարաններով շաբաթական մեկ կամ երկու ժամով հնարավոր չէ օտար լեզվի կրթության որակն ապահովել, պետք է նաև մեթոդիկայի փոփոխություն մտցնել։ Օտարալեզու դպրոցների գաղափարին ես միշտ եմ դեմ եղել և այլ լեզուներ կարելի է սովորել ստանալով հայկական կրթություն»,- ասաց ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարը։ 
Մկրտչյանի խոսքով՝ մեր երկրում երկրորդ կարևոր լեզուն անգլերենն է, քանի որ այն այսօր շատ կարևոր և գործածվող լեզու է աշխարհում։ Նա շեշտեց, որ եթե կրթության ոլորտում լուրջ փոփոխություններ են ակնկալվում, ապա առաջին հերթին պետք է բարձրացվի օտար լեզուների և բնական գիտությունների կրթական որակը։
