Քաղաքական և ընտրական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագետ Արմեն Բադալյանի կարծիքով՝ բացառված է, որ Հայաստանում «Ելք» դաշինքի միջոցով կկրկնվի ուկրաինական սցենարը, ինչպես նշվում է հայ և ռուս որոշ քաղաքագիտական շրջանակներում:
Ըստ նրա՝ այդպիսի մտավախություն ունեցող գործիչները Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակին ընդհանրապես ծանոթ չեն:
«Հայաստանում ուկրաինական սցենարի կրկնությունը բացառված է, որովհետև Ուկրաինայում կային բազմաթիվ կոմպոնենտներ, որոնց հանրագումարը բերեց իշխանափոխության և երկրի արտաքին քաղաքականության՝ 180 աստիճանով փոփոխության: Հայաստանում այդ բոլոր տարրերն իսպառ բացակայում են»,- նշեց Արմեն Բադալյանը։
Քաղտեխնոլոգի խոսքով՝ ի տարբերություն Ուկրաինայի, հայաստանյան հասարակությունում չկա մեծ թվով արևմտամետ զանգված և դա մոբիլիզացնելու հնարավորություն: Բացի այդ, ուկրաինական սցենարի կրկնության համար «Ելք»-ը չունի անկախ ֆինանսական միջոցներ, համապատասխան լրատվամիջոց, Արևմուտքում աջակիցներ և այլն:
Արմեն Բադալյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Ուկրաինայում իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու և արտաքին քաղաքական ուղղությունը փոխելու համար պահանջվեց մոտ 10-15 տարի և մի քանի մլրդ դոլար:
Նրա կարծիքով՝ «Ելքի»՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու նախաձեռնությունն ընդամենը կուսակցական շարքային գործունեություն է, որն ավելի շատ PR տարրեր է պարունակում, քան ավելի լուրջ գործընթացներ:
«Կուսակցական գործունեությունն իր մեջ միշտ էլ PR պարունակում է: Ցանկացած կուսակցություն որևիցե գործունեություն կատարում է, որ լինի լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Ինչո՞ւ հենց ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու գործընթացը, որովհետև «Ելքը» ուրիշ հարմար հարց չի գտել մեծ աղմուկ ստանալու համար: Եթե օրինակ՝ շենքերի համատիրության մասին կամ այլ հարց բարձրացներ, լրատվամիջոցներում մեծ արձագանք չէր լինի»,- նկատեց Արմեն Բադալյանը:
Քաղաքական և ընտրական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագետը դժվարացավ ասել՝ «Ելքի» կողմից հակառուսական օրակարգը քաղաքական դաշտ բերելն իշխանությունների կողմի՞ց է թելադրված, թե ոչ, քանի որ դրա համար ապացույցներ չկան։
«Գործնական ապացույց չկա դրա վերաբերյալ: Տարբեր ենթադրություններ կարող են լինել, բայց ոչ ոք չի կարող դա պնդել»,-նշեց նա:
