Ինչպե՞ս դուրս գալ ռուսական ճնշման տակից ՝ ամերիկյան վահանով

ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցները Ռուսաստանի հանդեպ գնալով խորանում են, դառնում բազմազան ու ինստիտուցիոնալ: Տնտեսականից բացի դրանք նաև դիվանագիտական են, քաղաքական, քաղաքացիական: Դրանք խփում են թե քաղաքական վերնախավի, թե քաղաքացիների շահերին: Նպատակը մեկն է ՝ հասարակության բոլոր շերտերում առաջացնել սինխրոն դժգոհություն իշխող համակարգի դեմ:
Շատ է խոսվում այն մասին արդյո՞ք Ռուսաստանի դեմ ամերիկյան սանկցիաներն ազդում են Հայաստանի վրա: Որպես ԵԱՏՄ անդամի, որպես Ռուսաստանի հետ տնտեսական կապեր ունեցող երկրի, որպես Ռուսաստանում բազմաթիվ աշխատանքային միգրանտներ ունեցող երկրի, բնականաբար: Սա հարցի բացառապես տնտեսական կողմն է:
Բայց այլ է քաղաքական կողմը: Հայաստանում առկա ռեալ դժգոհությունը մեր հանդեպ ռուսական քաղաքականությունից դրդում է հայերին լոյալ կամ համակրանքով վերաբերվել ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցներին, այն ինչ չենք կարող անել մենք, անում են ամերիկական իշխանությունները ՝ պատժում են ռուսներին: Բացի այդ ՝ Ռուսաստանին ուղղվող արտաքին մարտահրավերները երկրորդ պլան են մղում Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ ռուսական կայսերապաշտական քաղաքականության նկրտումները: Այլ կերպ ՝ Ռուսաստանին ժամանակ և ռեսուրս չի մնում Հայաստանով զբաղվելու համար, նա իր սեփական խնդիրներն ունի:
Ասվածը հատկապես հետաքրքրական է վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի դեմ ռուսական կողմի ակտիվ ու ինտենսիվ ճնշումների կոնտեքստում: Հայաստանում այժմ կա ռուսական շահերի ներկայացուցիչ վարչապետ, որի քաղաքական ապագան կախված էր ռուսական միջավայրի ներդրոմներից: Ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների դեպքում ՝ Հայաստանի հնազանդեցման համար ուղարկվելիք ներդրումների հարցը մղվում է ոչ թե երկրորդ այլ ավելի հեռու պլան: Եվ այս իմաստով, ինչքան տարածաշրջանային կայսրությունը հարվածներ ստանա դրսից, այդքան լավ մեզ համար քաղաքականապես: Ի վերջո ԽՍՀՄ-ն էլ փլուզվեց երկարատև ու հյուծիչ սառը պատերազմի և դրա դիմակայության վրա իրեն սպառած կոմկուսի իմպոտենտության հետևանքով: Իսկ այդ ընթացքում Հայաստանը գտավ բաց գոտին ու ճեղքեց 70-ամյա պատը: Հիմա իրավիճակն ավելի անհույս է, որովհետև Ռուսաստանն ի տարբերություն ԽՍՀՄ-ի որևէ պոզիտիվ դերակատարում չունի և վերածվել է բացառապես եվրասիական ժանդարմի, հետևաբար մեծացել է նաև երկրորդ ճեղքման նշանակությունը:
