Հայաստանի հասարակական-քաղաքական իրադրության մեջ դրական մեծ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել: Այս մասին Միջազգային հարաբերությունների Մոսկվայի պետական համալսարանի շրջանավարտների  3-րդ Միջազգային համաժողովի ժամանակ NEWS.am –ի թղթակցին ասել է Շախմատի միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Կիրսան Իլյումժինովը:

«Ես միշտ ուրախ եմ լինել Հայաստանում: Մենք հաճախ ենք լինում այստեղ, միջոցառումներ ենք անցկացնում Ջերմուկում եւ Ծաղկաձորում: Ինձ դուր է գալիս, որ երկիրն օր օրի դեպի լավն է փոխվում: Այսօր այստեղ շատ դրական մթնոլորտ է տիրում: Ես հիշում եմ 1996թ., երբ մենք կանգ էինք առել «Արմենիա» հյուրանոցում, ինձ մոտ վազեցին իմ շախմատիստները, թե նայե՛ք, պատուհանից դուրս տանկեր են կանգնած: Այն ժամանակ բարդ իրավիճակ էր: Հիմա ամեն բան այլ է: Այդ կապակցությամբ ուզում եմ Հայաստանի ժողովրդին բարգավաճում  մաղթել եւ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Երեւանում ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի շրջանավարտների համաժողովն անցկացնելու նախաձեռնության համար»,- ասել է ՖԻԴԵ-ի նախագահը:

Նշենք, որ հոկտեմբերի 23-24-ը Երեւանում ընթացավ Միջազգային հարաբերությունների Մոսկվայի պետական ինստիտուտի շրջանավարտների 3-րդ Միջազգային համաժողովը, որին կմասնակցեն ԲՈՒՀ-ի տարբեր շրջանավարտներ ողջ աշխարհից՝ պետական ծառայողներ, հայտնի տնտեսագետներ, մշակույթի գործիչներ, բիզնես հասարակության եւ խոշոր ձեռնարկությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։
