Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանը խոստացել է պաշտպանել ազգային փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքները

Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանի անկախության հարցով հանրաքվեի գերագույն խորհուրդը խոստացել է ապահովել բոլոր ազգային և կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքները՝ անկախ քրդական հանրապետություն ստեղծելու դեպքում: Այս մասին հայտնում է РИА Новости-ն:
«Ճանաչվում է ազգությունների, կրոնների և Քուրդիստանի հասարակության մշակույթների պլյուրալիզմը և երաշխավորվում են դրա բոլոր բաղադրիչների իրավունքները», - ասվում է «Քուրդիստանի ազգային և կրոնական բաղադրիչների իրավունքների երաշխավորման մասին քաղաքական փաստաթղթի» առաջին կետում, որը գտնվում է РИА Новости-ի տնօրինության տակ:
Քուրդիստանի կուսակցությունների մեծամասնությունը ներկայացնող խորհրդի անդամները նշել են, որ տարածաշրջանը քրդերի, թուրքմենների, ասորիների, արաբների և հայերի, ինչպես նաև՝ մի շարք կրոնների, այդ թվում՝ մուսուլմանների, քրիստոնյաների, հրեաների և եզդիների հայրենիքն է:
Փաստաթղթում ասվում է, որ Քուրդիստանի ժողովուրդը, ներառյալ բոլոր համայնքները, դարեր շարունակ ենթարկվել են հալածանքների և այդ տանջանքների դադարեցման միակ ճանապարհը մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների ամրապնդումն ու բոլորի հանդեպ հարգանք ցուցաբերելն է՝ անտեսելով նրա ծագումը, լեզուն և դավանանքը:
Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ հռչակագրի կետերից մեկի թվում է տարբեր համայնքների մասնակցության երաշխավորումը պետության սահմանադրության և իշխանությունների ստեղծման հարցում, ինչպես նաև՝ քրդերենի, թուրքմեներենի, արաբերենի և հայերենի պաշտոնական ճանաչումը Քուրդիստանում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանում ավարտվել է անկախության մասին հանրաքվեն:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել է Tert.am-ը՝ այսօր Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանում անկախության հարցով հանրաքվե է, որին մասնակցելու իրավունք ունի 5 մլն 200 հազ. ընտրող: Նշենք, որ Իրաքի վարչապետ Հայդեր ալ Աբադին հանրաքվեն անվանել է հակասահմանադրական և հայտարարել է, որ Իրաքն այն չի ընդունելու:
ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի և ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչներն Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանի ղեկավար Մասուդ Բարզանիի հետ հանդիպմանն առաջարկել էին հետաձգել հանրաքվեն: Նա, սակայն, հայտարարել էր, որ հանրաքվեն կկայանա նշանակված ժամկետներում, եթե նրան չառաջարեն այլընտրանք: Բարզանին սեպտեմբերի 14-ին հայտնել է, որ ստացել է նման այլընտրանք Արևմուտքի մի շարք երկրներից, բայց հանրաքվեի անցկացման հարցերով բարձրագույն հանձնաժողովն ավելի ուշ մերժել է առաջարկը:
