ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են բժշկական հաստատությունների առանձին աշխատողների կողմից գումարի դիմաց առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ ոչ ճիշտ տվյալներ տրամադրելու դեպքեր. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում օգոստոսի 2-ին վարույթ է ընդունվել խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակելու և կաշառք տալու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում հարուցված քրեական գործը։

Իրականացված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ զինվորական տարիքի հասած տղաների առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ ոչ ճիշտ տվյալներ տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ։

Քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի, որոնցից 3-ը՝ բժշկական տարբեր հիմնարկների աշխատակիցներ։ Այսպես՝ մեկ անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի  178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 34-178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, ԲԿ-ի  նյարդավիրաբուժության բաժանմունքի բուժքրոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (3 դրվագ), սրտաբանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, մեկ այլ բժշկի՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ)։ Մեղադրյալներից 3-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, 1-ի նկատմամբ՝ ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու, հանցավոր հնարավոր այլ դրսևորումները բացահայտելու, դրանց մասնակից անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Քրեական գործով այլ տվյալներ նախաքննության այս փուլում հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։

 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
