Հայաստանի պատասխանը Սվիտալսկուն

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ փոխարտգործնախարար Կարեն Նազարյանը կայքերից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է, որ եթե Սվիտալսկին նկատի ունի վիզային ռեժիմի շուրջ երկխոսության գործընթացով ենթադրվող բարեփոխումները, ապա Հայաստանը վաղուց է սկսել դրանք ու Եվրամիությունը գիտե այդ մասին: Խոսքը Սվիտալսկու այն հայտարարության մասին է, որտեղ դեսպանը նշել էր, որ Հայաստանը պետք է չսպասի վիզային ռեժիմի ազատականացման գործընթացին եւ այսպես ասած առաջ ընկնի, սկսելով բարեփոխումների «տնային առաջադրանքը»:
Սվիտալսկու և Հայաստանի իշխանությունների միջև հրապարակավ լեզվակռիվը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ խոսել է տալիս իր մասին: Բայց եթե նախորդ անգամ հայկական կողմի պատասխանն առավելապես էմոցիոնալ էր, հիմնված այսպես ասած «տղայական» տոնայնության վրա, ապա այս անգամ պատասխանը դիվանագիտական է, դիվանագիտական ատյանից և արդեն կասկածի տակ է դնում Սվիտալսկու կոմպետենտությունը:
Եթե փոխնախարարի խոսքերը ճիշտ են, ապա մենք գործ ունենք ԵՄ-Հայաստան հարաբերությունների զարգացման հարցում թերացող դեսպանի հետ: Հատկապես, որ շարունակելով իր խոսքը դեսպանը նշում է, որ 2015թ. դեռևս ձեռք են բերվել երկուստեք պայյմանավորվածություններ, հայկական կողմն աշխատում է դրանց վրա և ակնկալում, որ Եվրոպան ևս իր մասով պատրաստ է կատարել պայմանավորվածությունները:
ԵՄ դեսպան - ՀՀ իշխանություններ հակամարտությունը, հատկապես նոյեմբերին ստորագրվելիք շրջանակային համաձայնագրի կկոնտեքստում, բավական հետաքրքիր երանգներ է ստանում: Ստացվում է, որ ոչ միայն դեսպանն է կասկածում ՀՀ իշխանության կոմպետենտությանը, այլև իշխանություններն են կասկածի տակ դնում դեսպանի կոմպետենտությունը: Սա կամ փորձ է Բրյուսելին հուշելու, որ Սվիտալսկու աշխատանքում ինչ-որ բան այն չէ, կամ էլ հող նախապատրաստելու փորձ է ՝ շրջանակային համաձայնագրի ստորագրման ձախողման դեպքում արդարանալու համար:
