Ռուսները թող անգլերեն սովորեն, իսկ հայերը ՝ ռուսերեն. գաղութատիրության ներքին ձգտումը

RT հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում, Ռուսաստանի կրթության նախարար Վասիլևան, որ օրերս Հայաստանում էր, նշել է, որ ռուս աշակերտները պետք է «լավ տիրապետեն օտար լեզվի, ցանկալի է՝ անգլերենի»: Վասիլևայի խոսքով, երկրորդ օտար լեզուն պետք է սովորել միայն ժամանակի, մասնագետների և երեխայի հնարավորությունների դեպքում: Վասիլևան ասել է, որ գիտական հոդվածների մեծ մասը գրվում է անգլերենով: ՌԴ կրթության նախարարությունը մտադիր է մինչև 2022 թվականը մեկ օտար լեզուն պարտադիր դարձնել միասնական քննություն հանձնելիս:
Սրան զուգահեռ, ռուսական առաջատար բուհերում արդեն իսկ ավարտական աշխատանքներից շատերը գրվում են անգլերեն: Դա բարձր առաջադիմություն ունենալու ցուցիչներից մեկն է:
Ռուս նախարարը Հայաստանում ռուսաց լեզվի հետ կապված որևէ սկանդալային հայտարարություն չի արել: Նա աչքի էր ընկել այդպիսի հայտարարությամբ ավելի վաղ, երբ խոսել էր ԱՊՀ-ում մեկ միասնական տառատեսակի անցնելու մասին: Հայկական կողմն աելի ջանասիրաբար է մղվում ռուսաց լեզվի հանդեպ հավատարմությունը ցույց տալու, քան դա պահանջում է ռուսական կողմը:
Ավելին՝ ռուսները հասկացել են, որ գիտական լեզուն անգլերենն է, և առաջընթացի համար պիտի սովորել անգլերեն: Իսկ Հայաստանում փորձում են պետական մակարդակով ռուսերեն պրոպագանդել: Սա այն դեպքում, երբ ռուսական միջավայրի հետ կապերը բավական սերտ են և հայերն այսպես, թե այնպես, թե սովետական իներցիայով, թե ներկայումս ակտիվ շփումներով գիտեն ռուսերեն: Այլ հարց, որ ռուսերենի կոնկրետ մասնագետներ հարցում այսօր կա սղություն:
Բայց ռուսերենի տարածումը չի կարող լուծել աշխարհի ինտեգրման խնդիր: Դա շատ լավ հասկանում են նաև իրենք ռուսները, ովքեր փորձում են անգլերենը դարձնել առաջնահերթություն: Իսկ Հայաստանում, գաղութանալու մի ներքին, անհասկանալի մղում, դրդում է անել մի բան, որը ոչ միայն անհասկանալի է, այլև ռուսերենի հանդեպ հակակրանքից բացի այլ հակառակ էֆեկտ ունենալ չի կարող:
