«ԱԲԻԼ»–ը Հառիճում կարդյունահանի

Երեկ Շիրակի մարզի Հառիճի համայնքապետարանի շենքում տեղի ունեցան «ԱԲԻԼ» ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից ներկայացված՝ Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկի հրաբխային խարամների և տուֆերի հանքավայրի Հառիճ տեղամասի արդյունահանման շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման հաշվետվության վերաբերյալ հանրային չորրորդ քննարկումները:
Արթիկի հանքավայրի հրաբխային տուֆերի Հառիճի տեղամասը գտնվում է Արթիկ քաղաքից 3–5 կմ հեռավորության վրա դեպի հարավ–արևելք: Հանքավայրին հարակից բնակավայրերն են Հառիճ, Փարոս և Սարալանջ գյուղերը:

Ըստ նախագծի՝ Հառիճի տուֆերը պիտանի են որպես շարային և երեսպատման քար շինարարության մեջ օգտագործելու համար: Պաշարների մնացորդը այս տարվա հունվարի 1–ի դրությամբ կազմում է 447 հազար 852 խորանարդ մետր: Նախատեսվում է բացհանքային դաշտի շահագործումը մինչև 50 տարի ժամկետով: Բացհանքի տարեկան արտադրողականությունը կազմում է 8 հազար խորանարդ մետր տուֆազանգված:
Նախագծում ասված է, որ թեև աշխատանքների արդյունքում օդ են արտանետվելու անօրգանական փոշի, ազոտի և ածխածնի օքսիդներ ու ածխաջրածիններ, այնուամենայնիվ, այդ արտանետումները գտնվելու են նորմատիվային փաստաթղթերով սահմանված նորմաներում: Միաժամանակ նախագծով նախատեսված են միջոցառումներ փոշու և վնասակար գազերի արտանետումների ազդեցության նվազեցման համար:

Արթիկի հրաբխային խարամի և տուֆերի հանքավայրի Հառիճի տուֆերի տեղամասի նախագիծը կազմված է «ԱԲԻԼ»–ի տեխնիկական առաջադրանքի հիման վրա: Ըստ կառավարության Էլեկտրոնային ռեգիստրի՝ այդ ընկերությունը հիմնադրվել է ընդամենը երկու տարի առաջ՝ 2015 թ., և հիմնադիրներն են Արման և Ալբերտ Սահակյանները:
